This was my first time visiting this location as I usually prefer another location, but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I ordered cheese fries, which I typically do, and the price was significantly higher than what I am accustomed to paying. If I had known the price beforehand, I would not have placed an order. Additionally, the person at the window initially forgot to include my fries in the bag, and when I brought this to their attention, they insisted that I had not been charged for them, despite the evidence on my receipt. After some back-and-forth, they finally acknowledged the mistake and provided me with a small portion of fries with a blob of cheese. I like ordering using the app ahead of time and picking up my order in drive thru.when my kid goes to pick up food for me he used to always pocket the cash that was change from our purchase or if I gave him my bank card he would add extra items I did not give the ok on buying- so It saves me tons of money paying ahead of time on app with my card( not leaving and cash change or availability of add ons).you don't need any sort of payment method /ID with you at time of pickup.SIMPLY let them know when you pull up in drive thru that you ordered using the app.then pull up to pick up window.they confirm the name and hand you your items .If you like ice cream I highly recommend the large Oreo...

It was good once they got the order correct. It took 3 times tonight to get a number 28 with pepsi and sourdough jack correct. I'm not sure if it is a training problem or trying to make employees do too many jobs at the same time, but it definitely seemed like the person was unable to fo us on dri e thru. In today's world, that is your bread and butter. You should have that person dedicated to Taki g orders (for drive thru ONLY), collecting the money, and handing the food out.
