Their response time is amazing when it comes to defending their work. The process took longer than expected (November to February) before we received our order. However, shipping only took three days, so delivery was quick. Be aware that once you order your buckle, there is no option to change your mind or get your money back. Their policy is non-negotiable, and depending on how you respond within two days, they will deny all responsibility for defects. I simply wanted them to acknowledge the flaws in my buckle that could have been corrected. However, this never happened they refused to recognize any issues with the infill of the rock and the placement of various silver pieces. I have seen them produce beautiful work before, so I am disappointed with how this turned out, as well as with the communication I received on various platforms.

The reason these reviews are posted is due to my right as a satisfied or unhappy customer. I only requested a refund when there was no communication or update regarding a product I had not received within the estimated timeframe. I didn’t have to request this directly from the vendor, as the product was not delivered on time, and there had been no prior communication updating me on the process.
However, out of respect for a small business, I reached out first and asked whether I should request a refund. Only then did I start receiving responses regarding their policy and being told to “review it.” I gave them the time they needed, as I still had not received my product and was not provided with an updated delivery timeframe.
Eventually, after receiving the buckle, I submitted photos showing what I considered to be “sloppy” and defective work. They informed me that they saw nothing wrong with the photos I submitted, as per their policy, and that they would not be offering a remake. They then closed the ticket.
In any of my posts, I never mentioned a refund or a remake only that this is the quality customers can expect and whether I was the only one who saw an issue.
P.S. Just because the email used to place the order doesn’t match doesn’t mean the order does not...

The necklace broke and it took weeks for someone to get back with me about it and every time I spoke with someone they were very rude. All I wanted was to get the necklace fixed, but it was like rocket science trying to get someone one to talk to and understand what I was talking about. I ended up bringing it to a jeweler and he said it was difficult for him to fix it because it was not 100% sterling silver (which I’m not 100% sure if it said it was or was not when I purchased it but I though that was worth mentioning.) The Cowboss team was so accommodating!, they assisted me with design, and timing and quickly answered every question i could fire off at them. The end result was a beautiful collection of gifts that had heart, was amazing to look at, and inspired every person that saw them.
