I'm currently in a sober living program and family drug court out of Denton. Part of the orogrolam requires community service. The two options: Denton landfill or Thrifted It. Of course I chose Thrifted it. I called and spoke with the owner, drew. Right away I knew I made the right choice. He was friendly, non judgmental, and excited to have me come out and help. When I pulled up to the store I noticed the cool and eclectic vibe. When I went inside I was literally shocked. There was this laid back comfortable feeling. I asked to see something out of a display case and she repeatedly said she could not hear me (this was somewhat possible since the music was so incredibly loud), but I was also standing beside it, and even pointed to it, and after several exchanges, finally touched the handle which she immediately shrieked. She knew exactly what I wanted. She just simply did not want to come and help me until she felt like it. I will not be back. This is not how you do business. I am a huge resell shopper. This one just lost...
