Higher Grounds — Restaurant in Justin

Victoria and Kloee are the sweetest. My husband and our 2 kids stopped in for lattes and a muffin. Not only did my kids leave crumbs under the table that I offered to clean (while both employees insisted they do it), our son used the restroom and knocked over the entire soap dispenser. He was so upset but Victoria and Kloee came to the rescue with a mop, ready to tackle the mess. We honestly felt terrible but they brushed it off like it was no big deal and they were happy to help. This type of customer service is top notch. While I totally understand our visit to the coffee shop made their work day slightly more hectic, I’m grateful that they didn’t make our son feel even worse than he already felt. While some people may have handled this situation with frustration or annoyance, they showed nothing but kindness and care. We will definitely be back - and mess free next time!

While visiting family in Justin, TX, my dad, his wife and I visited Higher Grounds to try their coffees! The warmth and smoothness of the coffees and latte (even with its extra shot) were absolutely amazing and only outdone by that of the staff who greeted us so warmly!
