I truly have so many good things to say about this store. We went to many other jewelry stores but helzberg stuck out for these reasons. I'll start with the fact that we came in to browse about 6 months before actually purchasing the ring and we conversed with Lauren, she was VERY attentive in every detail I could have brought up and was so personal to speak to. She wasn't just selling us a ring, she was helping me find my dream ring. Finally we went back to legitimately purchase and we did a custom ring specifically with Lauren, she has such a bright personality that takes away any nerves you definitely have making that purchase. Eva is a manager and was very sweet and helpful. Not super pleased with how friendly the worker I encountered was. I came in to get my ring resized and she asked if I had my paperwork, I told her no. She asked for my ID, only to find out that wouldn't work since my husband purchased the ring under his name. She kept going on and on about how "if you want something free, we need the correct paperwork." I never once said anything about getting free but she felt the need to say that multiple times. I felt very put out and told her that if it was that big of an inconvenience, I would just come back another time. I ended up having what she needed in my purse, I didn't realize she meant the little warranty cards because she kept saying paperwork. I will say they did get my ring done in a timely manner, which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. I have always shopped at Helzberg and did not feel like a valued customer...

I highly recommend Helzberg in Liberty. My fiancé and I went ring shopping back in March. Lauren the assistant manager helped us look at rings. They didn’t have but a few I liked online in store. She gave me her work iPad number so I could let her know if I found any other rings I liked.

Well I did, I sent her the ring and she ordered it from another store not knowing if I would even like it. That ring ended up being my favorite one. She helped my fiancé with purchasing it. She went above and beyond, she has continued to help me since we thought we knew the size I needed but was off(my own fault). Lauren has been beyond helpful since day 1.
