the host were very pleasant, a little quite when calling our name but that’s okay(: Took forever for our server to come greet our table, i understand she was kind of busy. ordered our drinks, appetizers, & entrees. Got our appetizers (one that we didn’t order) “got that taken off our bill”. Food was overall pretty good. When it came time to paying for the bill, my bill was $57.58. Gave the waitress my card as soon as she dropped off the check because i was cold and ready to go. Took her probably a good 10-15 minutes to come back with my card. she was giving other tables boxes and their checks while still hadn’t ran my card. brought my sister back her change which was wrong, and asked me “you gave me a card, right?” i said yes. Took another 8 minutes to get my card back. we’ll come to find out i was watching her the whole time, she lost my card. she couldn’t find it had the front of house manager come out, and help her look. Then she finally found it. i read another servers lips that said “oh, you found it”. ran my card, and the manager brought my card back, and said they were having internet problems that’s what took so long! So the manager lied straight to my face. I use to be a server, and now a manager that’s not how you treat customers. when i was watching both of you looking for my credit card!!! Probably won’t...

Not a great experience. I would first like to explain that the food tasted good so thumbs up to the cooks. However we had arrived and was told I would wait 30 minutes. We saw people going in and out and it wasn't even crowded. Well, we did not get seated for until an hour and 15 minutes. The hosts and waitresses weren't inviting and the vibes were very disconnected. Then, they kept messing up on our drinks. They had to remake everyone's adult beverages 2 and 3 times to get it to even be drinkable (it tasted like you were drinking 100% lemon juice and nothing else) Then when they get my friends together I ask for the same way and they brought mine back even worse 2 times and the 3rd was finally the way it was supposed to be. My friend goes all the time and says she gets the same drink and she said it never is this bad. As well, I sat at the table with an empty iced tea until it was time to leave then she asks if I want a refill when we're already done. She barely came around unless we stopped her and wasn't attentive to her tables. Wasn't pleasant and I felt my $100 could've been spent where we would've at least been welcomed. By that time it was 10pm and pure options were slim to none now that everyone is closed early because of Covid. So, maybe we will try...

Used to be a great place, we did go a few times a month but the past couple times have been horrible, specificaly to this review we went there today the food was fine but the service was terrible! The bartender seemed that they went out of there way to not provide service to us, normally when our drinks are empty with sitting at the bar they usually ask if you would like another 20min after finishing my first drink was never was asked. We got the 2 can dine deal which included a desert we advised we would like the cheese cake when we finished our food, when we did we waited a good 10min before the bartender lady said have they not brung your desert out yet, we said no she left quickly and brought back to wrong desert and still did not ask if we wanted another drink, out of protest we didn't eat the dessert kinda hinting at our frustartion that they would possibly see and understand that and ask if everything was ok to possible rectify the issues we had but nothing was said we paid the bill and left instead of having a good night out, we just felt frustated wondering why we received such terrible service if it was personal or if they just didn't care..
