From the first day when I had a free trial, I got the impression that this place was so cool and cozy because the owner, Tatiana was very welcoming and taught each movement slowly in detail. It made me like the pilates right away. Since then, I have been going here for about one year. Elisa, who is now my main instructor, she is very kind and has warm heart. She is very patient with students and provides great feedback. She can catch even the tiny details to help me to fix my posture. Everytime I get feedback from her, I could definitely feel the improvement and my body feels so much better. She always tries to show me the various positions every time I go. I could see how much she studied and why she is the expert and this is why I love her and highly recommend here. I had never done Pilates before, but read it was a great healing activity for herniated discs. Tatiana and staff have been incredible at helping me regain mobility, find breathing in movement, and access my inner core, which has caused my weak posture over a lifetime. I am only a month in, but think this is the best thing I could have ever done for my injury and wish I had been doing this my entire life for injury-prevention. I never knew how important this type of fitness was to my other athletic endeavors and overall life well-being. Her personalized pilates classes and smaller groups are super effective. Not only for the general health and strength of your muscles but also, to recover of any pain or issue that you might have. I had feet surgery eight years ago and i lost motion of my toes and felt daily pain. I was not able to wear high heels pain free. In just a few months I recovered considerable motion allowing me to wear high heels without pain! Even when I am tired I want to go because of how my body feels after each class.
