Absolutely horrible experience. I went here with my husband and our baby hoping for a relaxing time after a long day, and it turned out to be the opposite. The barista was incredibly unfriendly and never smiled once - the service overall was cold and unwelcoming.

The food was just as bad. I ordered an açaí bowl, and instead of being served as a proper bowl, all the ingredients came separately in cups. The main berry base was completely frozen solid - even after 15 minutes I still couldn’t eat it. On top of that, the “base bowl” was so tiny that the toppings would never have fit inside anyway. I had no choice but to take it home, and that’s when the nightmare continued. On the way, the toppings spilled all over my car, and as the frozen part began to melt, the cheap paper bowl started leaking everywhere. Instead of enjoying my order, I ended up spending my evening at a car cleaning place.

To make matters worse, the cafĂ© itself has a horrible, overwhelming smell of essential oils that gave me a headache. They even have a sign on the door saying “Be Aware of Our Energy.” Well, they should really add “Negative Energy” because that’s all I felt inside.

This was a complete waste of time and money. Between the unfriendly service, poor food quality, unpleasant atmosphere, and the mess it caused, I will never come back here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many wonderful spots in the area, and this is absolutely not one of them. The coffee was horrible...

This was my first time stopping by the DOJO cafe. The hopscotch numbers leading up to the door had me feeling nostalgic. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had gluten free cheese bread muffins which were quite tasty! They were much lighter and fluffier than what I am usually able to find in a gluten free pastry, yet still featuring plenty of cheddar cheese blended throughout. The crunch and flakiness of the dough on top was a plus. đŸ„ Since finding out I have celiac, I have really been missing the occasional pastry I used to partake in. I really appreciate that these muffins were an authentic pastry, in a class of their own, not simply an imitation with substituted ingredients. I also ordered an energy juice blend featuring beet juice! âŁïž The serving size was generous, and it was not diluted or sweetened with anything unnecessary. I can confidently say this was the healthiest breakfast I've had from a cafe in all my 32 years. Next time, I will try one of the decaf...

This is really a coffee shop for parents waiting for their children taking MMA classes. There’s even a glass window and sitting area where you can watch your kids. If that’s not you, this probably isn’t your vibe. Limited menu. Overwhelming smell of cleaning product (of the athletic gear) seeps into the coffee area. Owner’s son had run of the couch. Again, if you’re that parent, then they have a rewards card waiting for you - for frequent purchases. I was so turned off, I decided not to even get my own coffee.
