I bought a trailer from trailer world katy. The owner is not taking accountability saying it’s the wrong location they use to have a lady work there too and she was rude just like the owner was super rude they were making it seem like we couldn’t afford it even though we paid in cash they was probably racist. Being inexperienced with trailers I asked 100 questions. They assured me it would be able to substantiate the weight capacity we needed. After shopping around different places we decided to go with them. Made it seem like I was getting a “deal” just a few weeks into the purchase the trailer comes off the ball because this cheap company but a boat hitch. We changed it to a proper one. The load springs on it can only sub-stain about 2,000 weight limit. We had to change that too. All they care about it giving you a cheap trailer at a higher price, promised they are high quality but in reality they use the cheapest parts possible and they don’t really care about really helping you with what you need. Also they didn’t give us the title of the trailer even though we paid it in cash. Stay away. I have a receipt to proof it was from TRAILER WORLD KATY....

Dropped my trailer off on Tuesday around noon to get serviced and he told me it would be ready Thursday. Called him (Richard) Thursday and he said it would be ready Friday morning. I popped up Friday @ 3pm and noticed my trailer hadn’t been moved. He saw me and I asked him what’s going on and he proceeded to tell me that they checked my brakes, tightened them and everything was good on my trailer. He asked did I need it back today because he still had a little more work to do on it and I told him that I had to hit the road. He told me that I didn’t have to pay for the work that he already did (he didn’t do any work) and I said thanks. The most honest thing he did was not charge me for the work but the worst thing he did was lied to me and told me that he had checked and tightened my brakes, wheels and all of that knowing he didn’t. Just imagine me thinking everything is good and my brakes fail or my wheel flies off driving down the highway. All he had to do was tell me the truth and I would’ve understood, instead he put my safety, along with others at risk!! I’m so disappointed because I heard this place was great…but that’s far...

I bought a trailer from Trailer World in Ozark Alabama since I've had it I've had problems with the trailer I had the trailer for one week I had a blowout and then the tail lights would not stay in that Capstone falling out I've had to replace three of them and then where the ducktail is the angle iron came off on the interstate and also lost almost all the boards and then I had another blowout on top of that the axle gave out and secondly the way they wire their trailers the wire goes over the ramps in the back and they are loose and when I tried to put the ramp back in it it pulled the wire out so I have no trailer lights no blinkers I haul cars for living and when I talk to the manager and Trailer World in Ozark I told him I wanted another trailer and take this back because it's a lemon I've only made one payment and I had all these problems the manager in Ozark will not trade the trailer in and give me a new one after all these problems I highly recommend not to buy a trailer from...
