I recently visited this restaurant, and my experience was truly exceptional in many aspects.

Cleanliness and Atmosphere: The cleanliness of the establishment is outstanding, from the dining area to the restrooms. What particularly impressed me was the constant presence of a dedicated cleaning staff member who ensured the restrooms remained spotless and hygienic at all times. This level of attention to detail is rare to find, even among high-end restaurants in Texas. The ambiance was also welcoming and enjoyable, creating a perfect setting for dining.

Service: The reception was warm and professional, and the staff demonstrated attentiveness and efficiency throughout the visit. Their courteous demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience, making me feel valued as a guest.

Food Quality: The food was undeniably flavorful, with each dish offering its own unique profile. The balance of salt and acidity across the menu was generally well-maintained, showcasing the chef’s skill in crafting dishes with distinct character. However, one recurring observation was the richness of the dishes. Many items, including the salmon, were quite heavy due to excessive oils and fats. While these elements do enhance flavor, they can overshadow the natural taste of the ingredients and pose health concerns for some diners.

Suggestions for Improvement: A truly exceptional chef strikes a balance between richness and flavor by allowing the spices and seasonings to shine without relying heavily on fats. I would encourage the kitchen to consider offering lighter alternatives or adjusting the use of oils to cater to health-conscious guests.

Overall Experience: Despite the richness of the food, I found the overall experience delightful. For those with dietary restrictions, I highly recommend requesting low-fat options, as I am confident the kitchen can accommodate such preferences.

Rating: I confidently give this restaurant a 5-star rating for its cleanliness, service, and flavor. It stands out as a unique and enjoyable dining destination. Many thanks to the management and the exceptional team for their efforts in providing a...

My daughter and I went to Adriatic Cafe yesterday because she wanted spaghetti and I wanted a gluten free pizza. We decided to try Adriatic out for the first time. First, I want to say the food we received was spectacular tasting! The atmosphere was great. That gluten free pizza is a 10/10 and that is hard to find! Now for the negative. I know anytime I go out to eat for gluten free, it is a risk that cross-contamination might happen. However, I received a salad and I had specifically said no croutons because I'm gluten free and gluten causes me physical pain. He brought the salad out and had croutons he immediately realized his mistake and took it back and brought me a salad with no croutons on it. There had already been a mistake with my order previously which is why he was bringing me a salad so I wasn't really looking closely at it and I started eating the salad. I realized after a few bites that there were croutons on the lettuce. It appears that somebody just picked the croutons off. Now, it wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't already ordered gluten-free. There need to be preventions in place for cross-contamination in situations like this. A fresh salad should have been made in this instance. I am having a flare up today because of that cross contamination. Our server did do a very good job of trying to fix any issues that came up but I could tell he was having a rough day so I didn't even bring up the crouton issue at the point in time. I had ordered the gluten-free pizza he brought me a gluten-free pasta I sent that back he brought me the salad and messed up and put croutons on it and then brought me back a salad with no croutons. Then I finally got my pizza after my daughter was finished eating. I do want to reiterate that the food was spectacular once I received it and my daughter was more than happy with her spaghetti and meatballs and mozzarella sticks. This will not deter us from going to this restaurant in the future. We just want to make sure that you guys are aware that there should be food safety measures put in place for somebody who orders...

The Adriatic Cafe has a wonderful ambiance and an attentive and friendly wait staff. I ordered the calamari and the chicken marsala and then the chicken alfredo. Let me tell you about it:

Maybe its just me, but I tend to judge Italian restaurants by the taste of their calamari! The calamari was good but not great. It comes with petite rings of calamari and small leg sections. The flavor was good but taste a tad under salted. The marinara sauce that comes with it is absolutely delicious and adds that zing that the batter on the calamari is missing.

Next, I ordered the chicken marsala which came out hot and fresh, but I did not like their rendition. The marsala sauce had a great flavor but was more soup consistency which I didnt personally appreciate. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chicken was good but a little chewy. I ultimately requested to return this in favor of the chicken alfredo.

The chicken alfredo is a must have! The alfredo sauce was rich, buttery and plentiful. If you don't like a lot of sauce on your pasta you may want to ask them to go lighter. I added parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper which elevated this meal to another level.

Overall, a really great experience for lunch and Im looking forward to coming back and trying some other dishes here. Only thing I would suggest for Adriatic to change is offering freshly grated parmesan instead of the bottled stuff...

heard this things about this restaurant and she is new in town but not new in general because there are other locations in the Houston suburbs area but new to Katy which we live wanted to try it out since we live Italian food. but we should hedge sent somewhere wise for dinner that Saturday night because the night started "bad" from the get go, very long wait more than 45 minutes and there was no room in the waiting area had to go wait in our car. then we were finally seated our waiter room awhile to get our drinks much less even our order. and food came out slow as well even the free bread. good thing they offer free bread because our appetizers was a long wait as well as our main entrees but luckily the entrees came out sooner than the appetizers but our problem didn't end there our food was cold out seem like our food was sitting out for awhile had to tell them to reheat my pizza, my Husband's pasta was not not hot either he didn't like his chicken dish tasted weird but we didn't make a complaint since when we told our waiter about the pizza being cold he didn't seem to care and unapologetic as well as many times throughout the night was hard to flag him down. I do understand it was a packed busy restaurant but at least try to serm to care. which is why I'm giving 3 stars when it should be 2 because I know this restaurant just recently opened list month so I hope they get their act together and improve.
