Never have had a "good" experience there. First time I ever went in the lady behind the desk had company. Not customers, just people sitting there having a conversation. I stood there a few minutes to let them finish their conversation because I'm not rude but I don't think that's how customer service works. Anyway, I had been to the store several times to obtain my account number because they give you the absolute run around over the phone, offering free service if you don't switch duh duh duh.. but the older lady that works there sent me away each time. I asked them 3 different days how much the iPhone 8 plus would be. One day they said it would be $699. Next day $890. And the 3rd time they said $706. So i finally went up there on Wednesday to figure everything out they said the price would be $772 i put $100 in deposit.
