A week before this visit, I had already taken my vehicle in to check the A/C. They found it was low on freon & had leaks and quoted me $450 to fix it, which they did. However, the AC problem persisted. When I brought it back they told me the issue is probably in the climate control module , I clearly explained multiple times that the issue was not the climate control module that I had installed. I told them the AC problem existed before I installed the new module and that the real problem was in the engine bay. Instead of listening, they dismissed my claim, insisted the module was the issue, and went ahead with work that ended up damaging my part. They told me to bring in the original module and “then it would work” even though I had already explained that with the original part installed I still had the same AC issue. Afterward, they called me back saying, “We installed the stock module and yeah, we’re still trying to figure out why it’s not blowing cold,” which was frustrating because I expected professionals to know what was wrong. When I mentioned legally they should be responsible since they worked on the aftermarket part despite me telling them it wasn’t the problem, the owner became hostile and said, “If you want to sue me, go ahead. I’ve had people bigger than you try, and they can’t win.” Which bringing up my size was very irrelevant and highly unprofessional. The lack of respect, consideration, and professionalism I experienced especially as a woman was deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution others about trusting their service department.
Update in response to business reply. Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that I spoke to a service representative and I mentioned I purchased it from what I believed was a “Ford Certified” source and the AC problem was still existing before I even replaced the new part so the cause of my AC failing must be something else. Unfortunately he dismissed my concerns. I requested a full diagnosis during the first visit, but your initial focus was only on the refrigerant leak. It’s confusing that only after that repair you mention the module was blocking communication with your diagnostic equipment. If you were able to “diagnose” the leak initially, why wasn’t the module’s issue identified or even brought up at that time?
This makes me feel the initial diagnostic process was incomplete or not thorough. I appreciate the follow-up “work” done at no charge, but I also did mention from the start I replaced the expansion valve at home as well so that couldn’t have been the problem either meaning at that point guesses were being made towards what was actually causing AC issues. I still feel the initial diagnosis was lacking.
I appreciate your commitment to your reputation but i believe greater consideration of my concerns would have made a big...

I purchased a 2017 F350 from Kaufman Ford off an online listing from out of state. When talking to the sales person I asked her if anything was wrong with the vehicle and she said it was in great shape and that she was going to complete an extra walk around because I was purchasing from out of state. When she came back she said the vehicle was in excellent condition, that it just needed a tail light that they would replace.
When I arrived on my intitial inspection in less than 30 seconds I realized the drivers side rear fender had been side swiped, the drivers seat had a tare in it, the drivers side handle was signifigantly warn, the windshield had a rock chip over the size of quarter, and the center console had a good amount of wear, and the slide on the storage bin did not operate correctly. On my drive back to Colorado I realized that the heated and cooled seats did not work, the drivers side mirror was cracked, and the drivers side door does not seal correctly. So much for that detailed walk through.
While the price was decent, the condition of the vehicle wasn't, all of which should have been disclosed before I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I've purchased six vehicles out of state, this has been my worst experience by far. My word of advice for this dealership is just disclose all the issues beforehand, honesty always wins out.
Oh and approximately 1000 miles after leaving the dealership it needed...
Read moreI would not recommend buying a vehicle from this company. The salesman contacted me for a month through email so I decided to give them a chance. The salesman was not up front and honest with me. He kept changing the down payment I needed then he called asking me to consider a different vehicle after he told me that his manager highly recommended the vehicle that I chose. The vehicle he wanted me to switch to had all four different tires, had a tire light on, an error on the radio screen, dog hair on the seats, and when I went on the test drive it had 0 miles to empty which he said would be okay! This went on for over a week. I would call to see if we had updates from the finance company and he'd say "their system is down". At that time I called the finance company and he told me what had been going on and that the salesmen had not been truthful to me. I called and spoke to the manager Brit who basically blew me off and said "All I can do is apologize for the salesmen wasting your time and I'll talk with him" I went the same day to Brinson Chevrolet in Kaufman and purchased a better vehicle and it only took them a few hours. Don't let this company waste your time. You can go straight to the Credit Union in Kaufman and get pre approved and go to any dealership and pick...
