I ordered an all around bouquet of flowers for a funeral. The flowers were only arranged in the front and not “all around”. This was confirmed by the owner of the florist but I was told since it was for a funeral that people usually preferred for the flowers to be in the front. That was not what I ordered. When I talked to the owner she preceded to talk over me while I was trying to explain what I thought might have been a mistake in the order. Since I expressed my disappointment she said for me to bring the flowers to her and she would put flowers on the other side of the arrangement. I told her it was too late for that since the service was over. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I asked for half of my money back. To my disbelief she began to laugh at me. I told her it was very unprofessional and couldn’t believe she was acting like she was. She offered me $20. The arrangement cost me over $80 dollars. I will never do business with someone who belittles a customer and cheats people out of their money. I was so surprised because I did pay for the “premium” which are supposedly the bigger arrangement but my mom got the standard but they still charged me for the premium.
