Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kaufman

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service. While attempting to explain our problem to the manager I was completely ignored. By the manager of all people! Although it was fairly clean tonight most of the time it is lacking in cleanliness. The only response I recieved from the manager was when I finally stop trying to speak with her and said yall have a good night she stated you have a great one sir. This store desperately needs an overhaul if nothing else at least some classes on how to treat the customer which is why your there "to serve and meet the customers needs" in a satisfactory manor. Completely unsatisfied with customer service, especially food prep employee (Susan) does not seem to know what nacho cheese is or how to put on nachos. The price hike in the amount and the amount of cheese that they wanna put on products is really a little under done as it is, but back to Susan she really does not know what nacho cheese is... or how to place it on a nacho supreme or a cheesy potato. Asked for 2 quesadillas without the spicy sauce on them. Lady said okay great because were out anyways. Well got the 2 quesadillas and they both had a spicy sauce on them. We got them for our kids so they were unable to eat those because it’s too spicy. We called and told them they both had sauce on them and we were told no, you’re wrong. Because were out. Tried to explain and they started getting rude telling us it doesn’t have it on there. So went up to the door( that’s locked) and literally had to show them for us to believe it. Absolutely ridiculous. Just ended up leaving after that because the costumer service was just so horrible.
