Only giving 2 stars becauseSOME of the staff are helpful. Actually Every staff member EXCEPT the manager (ghetto Hispanic lady) has been very helpful and professional. Whoever she is that claims to be the manager, is extremely ghetto, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I've been in the store at least three times when she's there and she spends the whole time cussing or talking with friends. Is NEVER helpful and leaves the other staff to fend for themselves. I usually just ignore her horrible attitude and focus on the staff member assisting me. This last time I had gone in, she (the "mgr") spent the entire time talking with friends about drinking/drugs/partying and every other word was a cuss word, the B word, the R word, etc. This time I had my toddler with me so it bothered me more than usual. Don't get me wrong , I curse at home occasionally so that's not my issue. My issue is that as the manager she should be held to a higher standard of professionalism. Everytime I go to this store the employees are completely useless and have an attitude with me when I ask to do anything. I've gone to this store a handful of times since moving to Kaufman but I always end up leaving without getting help and just being told "you have to call customer service" however the location in Garland off beltline Rd (right next to the Hanger Clinic) only been there twice but I know all the employees by name, they will actually call customer service for you and take care do the whole thing so it's easier, they offer discounts/promotions and will even swap cases for free if you aren't happy with the one you have. HIGHLY recommend NOT GOING TO THE KAUFMAN STORE take the extra time and go to the location in Garland. You won't get what you want in Kaufman and if you do it's going to be twice...

Incredibly rude. Called them to get my 8 digit pin and they told me they wouldn't give it to me and hung up in my face. I went up there with my ID and they said the same thing. So I then went to att to see if they could figure it out. The lady there sat on metro customer service for an hour just for them to tell me they couldn't do it either. So we called the metro store back and they said I was harassing them and need to stop calling when that was only the second time they had been called.
