Horrible Experience! Never going back again! They ruined my wedding band! They are not professional at all, I had to make my wedding band a bigger size, they said they would be able to do the job and they weren't, they destroyed my ring. They said it would be done in the week when I went to pick it up it wasn't even ready, they didn't even touch it and didn't know what to do with it, instead of them calling to say it wasn't ready I had to waste my time going there and was asked what needed to be done after I had told them it was to be made into a bigger size. I went back again to pick it up the following week and it was still not ready, they said it would be ready around 5. When I went back for the third time to pick it up I was really disappointed it was missing the white gold strap that was on it and it was not fixed properly, it was done horribly, it was not done the right way. So I had to leave it again so they could put back the white gold strap, and also it was engraved in the inside my husbands name and they removed it without being told to be removed and left only one letter behind. I had to ask to put the name back and add the date we were married in it. When I went back to pick it up it wasn't ready again! They hadn't even touched it and asked again what needed to be done, apparently it looks like they don't pay attention to there costumers and don't write things down on paper. I had to go back again for the I don't even know how many times, waste of my time! So when I went to pick it up for the last time I was very disappointed, they didn't take out the only letter they had left of my husbands name and the engraving was really poor and simple, they made my ring a bigger size again! They ruined an expensive wedding band! Thank You for nothing gold store! Do not go to this place, horrible, they don't care about...

Absolute, unequivocally, the WORST jewelers. My brother dropped his watch off 2 weeks, yes, 2 weeks ago, to get a clasp and the face replaced. He was told it would be ready last Wednesday. Well, here we are 10 days later. My brother and family went to Spain for a month. He was told the watch would be done before he went. Well, it wasn't. I left MULTIPLE messages, without receiving a call back. The third time I called yesterday, a man picked up the phone, said he was with a customer, and that he would call me back in 2 minutes. SHOCKER...he never called. So, I went there today. I was told, "I was swamped with customers yesterday." Umm, I'm sorry, it takes 3.74 seconds to call someone back. He then said that they were on vacation. My brother was NOT ADVISED about this. This man went on to show me that they write the expected ready date on an envelope. I said, "That's great for that customer. My brother's watch was supposed to be done 10 days ago." Another man then got my brother's watch and said to me, "I replaced the face on the watch. I was about to change the clasp, but am not going to anymore." WAIT, HOLD ON. YOU HAD THIS WATCH FOR 10 DAYS AND COULDN'T CHANGE A CLASP?!? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I will never ever ever be returning to this horrible jeweler!! Please DO...

The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a different place because I just can not keep playing this...
