I'm not one to give bad reviews because everyone has their days BUT if I keep encountering bad experience over and over, I have to mention it... I've been coming here since they first opened but i think they recently changed owners or something because I've had a couple bad experiences. I've given them too many last chances and after my last experience I will finally never go back again. To make it long story short, My mother and I were being rushed from the minute we stepped in there. The guy who did my mom's nails was an older man who needs to back to cosmetology school and get trained on how to paint nails. I kid you not, almost every single finger on both hands were not painted to the edges after repeatedly asking him to fix them. He also did her pedicure and she told me that he would literally grab her feet and throw them to the side. (Why she didn't say anything, idk) I'm mad she didn't tell me anything until after we got home because i definitely would have said something. Nothing serious but I was choosing a color for my nails (SNS), the guy took the basket from me and told me to choose a color from the wall for my toes. He didn't let me bring the colors for SNS to look through while he did my toes. He got up and left me for not having a color ready.. BECAUSE I didn't have a chance to choose a color beforehand, I grabbed the SNS basket when we went back to the manicure station. I put a color to the side as a backup as i looked through the rest of the colors; not even a minute passed by and he was so fed up that i didn't choose a color right away that he got up and left!!! I think he went on his lunch because he smelled like food when he came back (I finally understood why he was rushing me so much). You would think that after he ate he would be a little more calm but no, he did such a horrible job. He rushed it and did about 7 layers of SNS which ended up being super bubbly and thick and didn't file it down. $88 paid for no reason, i would much rather pay more...

So let me start off by saying I have never used their service other than for a gel manicure, and I should have known better because it’s always seemed to last like a week. I usually do my own gel at home but this time all my natural nails broke and I needed to get a set. The lady that did my nails seemed to be annoyed to start off I wanted something simple, she kept leaving my nails super thick and uneven. She couldn’t even suggest a similar color that I wanted or simple faded glitter design on the nails. She opted to say just don’t do it. My thing is you have a bunch of pictures up with extravagant designs and you can’t do a simple glitter design? Then when I went to pay I honestly didn’t even want to tip her but I’m just not comfortable doing so, so when I went a gave her her tip I said thank you, she didn’t say 1 word, she didn’t even say thank you, just grabbed the cash, she did the same thing to the lady that was sitting in her chair before me I said to myself I guess she thinks she has earned it. That’s plain rude! I ended up going home and removing the color and doing the design myself! That a “professional” nail salon couldn’t even do. If I could filled them down and made them even I would have. But NEVER AGAIN, just with the vibe I got I won’t be returning. I put their work and mines on...

The lady kept trying to rush me out. She kept taking her sweet time and looking over at the owner like she was waiting to be relieved from her shift. I asked for pink color and she painted me peach. My nails are crooked, there’s pieces of acrylic stuck all around my nail and around the sides on my skin that I had to peel off. There’s also acrylic stuck in between the acrylic nail and my actual nail. She didn’t cut any of my cuticles at all. She even put the acrylic almost a quarter up from my cuticle so it looks like I’m due for a refill because the bottom of my nails are exposed. She didn’t paint or file the sides and some of my real nail is exposed on the sides and cracking. My feet, she didn’t cut the cuticle either and she messed up my nail on my right foot and didn’t fix it. She just left it the way it was like she didn’t see it and it looks like I broke off the top of the toe nail. When I left, I gave a small tip for her bad service and attitude and she had the nerve to catch an attitude with me when she left me walking out of the nail salon looking like this. All I have to say is this is why I never come here. They’re always in a rush and it’s always a horrible job. This is why I go to fine touch nails in nutley! You’ll never come back to this place once...
