I have been a member of this gym since the original owners back in 2016. when it was called East Side Fitness then it became Wolfpack fitness and now Heights Fitness. First I’ve never had a manager who was working out on her own free time stop me mid workout on the treadmill and ask me to please check in again because I didn’t have my glasses on and my picture on the system didn’t resemble me mind you she wasn’t working at the time she was off. Today I had the same issue with the same manager while she was working out AGAIN and not on the clock she felt that i was loud by deadlifting weight on the ground because there was no mat there. I understand but if the employee who was at the desk didn’t mind I can’t understand why she continues to interrupt workouts to reprimand you while she is not working. So now here are my complaints the weights are NEVER racked had one 45lb weight fall on my foot, the dumbbells are constantly unorganized, water bottle always on the floor and the clips for the machine are always damaged. Also the handicap spot in the back lot has a box truck blocking it or costumers take the spot without any repercussions some of us are disabled. I’ve message the owner a couple of times and my message goes read but unanswered. The owner has multiple gyms and can’t be at all the gyms at once but needs to look into his Manager who feels she can interrupt people mid workout to reprimand them, but not take care of the Gym while it’s looking like a mess while she’s presently there.

Read moreI’ve been using the Vampire Plan for about six months now, and I have to say it’s been great. I’m an early riser, so I prefer to hit the gym early to avoid crowds—not because I don’t like people, but because I don’t want to wait for machines or free weights. This gym is perfect for that! While it’s a bit on the smaller side, it has everything I need and more. There’s a great selection of barbells and free weights, which fits my workout style perfectly. I’ll occasionally use the machines and cables, and everything always works—haven’t seen a “broken machine” sign yet.
What really sets this gym apart, though, is the fact that it’s one of the few options in the area that’s open 24 hours. There aren’t any other 24-hour gyms nearby, and that flexibility is huge—especially when all the other gyms are closed during holidays. The ability to go any time, day or night, is a big plus for anyone with an unpredictable schedule.
The early crowd is great too. People are respectful and keep to themselves, all focused on their workouts. It’s the kind of environment that makes for a solid, uninterrupted gym session....
Read moreIt's a solid small gym, with an emphasis on small. 75 to 80 percent of the gym equipment are older machines. While I applaud the owners resourcefulness in hunting down and obtaining the equipment, they're not exactly the newest or top of the line. As someone who's well over 6' tall they're not comfortable to use at all due to their lack of adjustment ability. Only having one dumbell rack is hard to deal with when the gym is full. Also, from my own personal experience, you get 10+ more people in at once and you feel like you're working right on top of one another because it's just a small space. I think the owner did the best he was able to do with such limited square footage, but at the current price point it's just not worth it (to me) compared to other spots. It's a 19.99 a month gym at best. If they ever upgrade to a bigger spot in town, or surrounding area, (like NA) I'd gladly...
