The customer service was not all there honestly, I was quite disappointed to be honest. The girl that took my order seemed like I originally caused her an inconvenience then to come back around to say after about 10 minutes or so of waiting 'I lost your order, what did you want?' (while laughing about it in our face) then finally got the sub's after about an almost 20 minute wait in total.. Now, I'm not usually one to be impatient or complain about a sub but I asked for an Italian mix and never in my life have I ever seen anyone put bologna on an Italian mix.. Usually its salami or capacola, pepperoni and ham... I tried it and I will say I will never be eating an Italian sub like that ever again. So weird! Ordered a "small" Italian grinder and there was like thirty slices of meat pilled high, multiple slices of cheese, five entire slices of tomato. I definitely appreciate the value but the sandwich was total overkill. A small grinder from here is significantly more meat than say a giant (largest size) from Jersey Mike's. There was so much on the sandwich, you couldn't even get all the ingredients in one bite if you tried. Felt more like I was eating from a buffet than a small grinder. Good tasting but there's really no need for it to be so big, literally a 50% decrease in the meat provided would still be a very good value and much easier to eat without falling apart after three bites due to the sheer freaking weight...

I ordered a wrap at the deli, the young man working took the order, made the wrap, wrapped it in paper and put the price on it. I took it to the front to cash out and the owner argued with me about what i actually ordered and charged me $2 extra, the price of the sandwich she thought i got. I explained what i ordered, she explained very curtly that's not what i got. I was in a rush so i didn't argue further, paid 2 more dollars than the price that was written in thick black marker on my sandwich.
