Big Lots — Local services in Kelly Township

I loved this store, however, the "help" person seemed to be "encumbered " when asking her if they had any small couch tables for putting a potpourri pot on. She said no....So..I looked around & minutes later, found 2.

Round 2 [ Thursday, Oct. 20th A.m.2018] I get people have a "bad day", however upon entering the store about an hour ago, I greeted the little long-haired blond, sales associate behind the counter with a "Hello, how are you"? Only to receive a nasty, snarky "fine". I go to check out the 2 small items I purchased, she doesn't speak, doesn't tell you how much your total is, takes my $20, & when I asked for change for a $10 spot, she acted like it was a big deal. Big lots, you rely on your customers to drive sales. Please train...

I went there looking for a couch and 2 recliners. They show a big verity of furniture. Well I found a couch their computer says they have 2. One is the floor model. (Which they dont sell those) They check other stores near me. One store has one. I call and really they dont have any either. So I ask about a recliner. Nope they dont have any but another store has 4. So I call and guess what they dont have any either. So frustrating when they show you furniture they have bit really dont have. False...

Ok store, but prices have seemed to go up too far. Also beware if you purchase furniture here. I bought two recliners for my son and daughter-in-law last Christmas. One char completely broke after less than four months and the other one leans so badly to one side that it cannot be reclined on. I also bought a oversized chair for myself a few years ago in which the stuffing in the back was so cheap that after a year I had to buy a pillow for my back because the wood framing pressed...
