Subway — Restaurant in Kelly Township

Was there one week ago. The 2 employees were so scatter brained. I ordered a turkey sub. The girl hardly put any meat on my sub, I had to ask if that was all she was putting on it, 2 very little tiny slices. I had to tell her it need more meat, plus she skimmped on the cheese. The boy working put brown lettuce which I knew was old. I asked him to not use the brown lettuce and to give me the fresher lettuce that was in the pan, he completely ignored my request. He also put 2 very tiny pieces of onion, I had to ask for more. My sub roll was not baked enough, it was still doughy. The boy also put so much mayo and oil that when eating it, every thing was falling out of the roll. The area where the fresh vegetables are, was in shambles, very messy and the pans were hardly filled. One other thing that really needs to go is the stupid metal hood cover that blocked the meats, you could not see over it or see the worker make your sub. This was the worse sub and service I received at this Subway.. It will be a long time that I return to this restaurant if ever. I used to enjoy coming here from time to time. But the girls they have working here are MISERABLE. The one is a younger girl with darker red tinged hair, and there’s a few others. The moment you walk in they get an attitude. As if helping them keep their jobs by spending money there is so bad. While ordering our food, their register is dinging loudly for online orders. Every time it does the girls huff and puff angrily about getting one. Times have changed for sure. I love being busy at work. For starters, I’m paid to be busy. What else am I going to do anyway? Also, it makes the days go by quicker when you are busy. As far as quality, for some reason, when you do online orders they don’t actually cook/ warm them up for you. Even if you utilize the toast button on the app, they still don’t do it. But the quality comes back to the terrible young girls working there. If they hate it so much, time to...

It's been over a month and their drink machine is still malfunctioning. No ice, flat and syrupy soda, and it's quite dirty. Judging by the backsplash for the machine, they use a wet rag and just wipe once or so and call it a day - there is (who knows how old) soda streaked across it.

The servers aren't super rude or anything, but the atmosphere they create is "I don't want to be here, I don't want to talk to you," which isn't great (though I get it, it's still a part of the job to not make customers feel like they're disrupting their day).

This is the second time I went there and the bread was stale, veggies look like they've been frozen and sat out a few times (probably not, but they look rough dude), and then everything with the soda machine. I'd definitely recommend not drinking from the soda machine btw, I'm pretty sure that's how...
