Horrible horrible service. I went to get dinner for the family here in a snow storm and at the time I was the only customer there. No one acknowledged my presence or informed me that they were busy and needed a moment. All I saw was one employee in the front busy making orders and 4 employees in the back talking and laughing. I spoke to the employee in the front about and order I tried to place on the app and she assisted me in looking for it. After realizing that the order wasn't placed, she said she would help me but she was busy putting a pickup order together. I thanked her and went to order line and waited, and waited and waited. Feeling very invisible I said "Hello, excuse me can I get some assistance please." They all turned and looked at me and I smiled and said Hi there. A female employee approached me and said what can I get for you as she started out on her gloves. Before I could answer her she said, "because some people aren't patient." I said, "Excuse me. How was I not patient?" She said that we didn't see you and you clearly see that we are busy. To which I responded, No I just see you guys talking and only one employee who is busy. Tbh I did see that employee whipping down the counters in the back while chatting with the others which is why I was kind and understanding when she approached me until she made that comment. Of course such a nasty attitude to a customer who battled the snowy icy roads to spend their money in your store was not going to let that slide, so I argued back with her. She was nice enough to say, "Oh we acknowledge you when you came in and all you had to do was be patient I don't want to be disrespected." First off, if I walk into a store and I was acknowledged, I would have been greeted and asked to wait. I got neither. And to make it worse I waited only to call your attention to your lack of customer service and professionalism only to get accused of being disrespectful. I am new to the area but not new to chipotle and this is not the chipotle service I'm used to. Yes Chipotle does get busy but customers are always greeted and informed of the wait time. It's that simple. Needless to say this employee didn't see it that way and her manager hid himself in the back during or exchange, like a true professional, until she threw her gloves off and walked away stating that she refuse to be disrespected. Sigh I wish I didn't have class so I could educate her on what disrespectful behavior is but why sink to her nasty level? Fortunately the grill cook stepped in to do her job and apologized for her behavior and assisted me. He was waiting on the chicken on the grill when I entered. He started my order then went to prep the chicken and the afore mentioned busy employee in the front finished it. While I was being assisted I kindly informed the new arriving customer that the chicken was being prepared because why let others suffer the same indignation that I did. And as the line got longer, the "disgruntled" employee popped her head out saw me and refused to assist the other customers. The two employees left to tackle the crowd by themselves were have a hard time with it so the food was going everywhere. Customer service and teamwork is dead. Some people only go to work to collect a paycheck and feel...
Read moreWow what a letdown.. I travel for business all over the country and this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. December 4th 8:22 pm.. not a soul in the parking lot, and now I understand why. After walking by an employee outside the front door on her phone and startling her because she was too busy staring at her phone to see me walk by. I enter a completely empty restaurant except for the 7 employees dancing and goofing off behind the counter..after a few minutes of standing there one woman did say someone would be with me shortly..I almost laughed out loud. Because in that time waiting to be greeted I noticed that most if not all of the food bins were either one scoop away from being empty dried out nasty looking or completely empty and no one and I mean no one was at their station ready to prepare or replace or even clean anything.. mind you this is an hour and a half before closing time!!! Finally after 7 minutes "I timed it" a girl asked me what I would like and I commented I would like to start with rice and she says "Oh we are out". Yes Chipotle you are ... You are "Out". After 15 years in the restaurant business working front of house as well as back of house you failed and I mean failed miserably. Needless to say I was hungry so I went down the road to Panera that closed in 20 minutes by the time I got there and received a wonderful meal.. so I recommend anybody want to eat at this Chipotle location don't even bother wasting your time enjoy a wonderful meal at Panera Bread. It's about a half...
Read moreHit this Chipotle weekly! After waiting 47 minutes tonight in line with one person working front line and cash register, As 2 other employees worked To-Go and another working a Catering box ( Purple Hair ) all 3 taking supplies from front line. Once up to place order , No Brown Rice , No Black Beans , No fajita mix, very little Chicken and still being charged full price after being shorted many items! Kudos to the young man working front line as he was trying his best. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE EVERY TRIED TO HELP HIM EVEN AFTER THE PURPLE HAIR LADY SAID In a few minutes help will be here! Never happened while the 2, To-Go girls talked / laughed ! Shocked to hear 3 managers where on duty and never once to anyone help front line with customers being out the front door, even when I left over an hour later with my below average experience the line was still out front door. Not worth the 28.02 spent on 2 bowls that where half the normal size! Shame on this Team ! Not even going to rate , food , service and atmosphere! Half food was missing, there was no service if it takes over an hour, place was dirty front line had food lying all around but one person can only do so much ! Again young man working front counter was doing his best with no help ! Rest of that team should...
