HANDS DOWN WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I ALWAYS ask for NO FOAM she complained entire time she kept saying itās not possible! So does the 6 I had day before were all miracles? They didnāt have foam! The main thing is she kept complaining! Then I wanted a refund and instead of letting the one at register do it she made her way over said she would but she was still complaining!!! I left! No refund! I then called back to get her name and the person who answered said he could not give it so then I asked his name and he said he could not give it! HE gave me an attitude saying he does not understand the problem because she could have remade it! I told him it was her COMPLAINING THE ENTIRE TIME THAT WAS WRONG!! Oh and Attitude! I paid almost $12 for a tall and grande why would I be ok with them not being made right? And the one that had foam- it was MATCHA! It only had half a cup if that of drink the rest was foam! ( didnāt happen) when asking what was so funny about my order ; her reply ā¦.. you ordered 2 Affogato Shots over the wipe cream and someone took the time to type it in at cash register and thatās what affogato means ! Now see photos below and you will see the Bistro did not pour anything over the wipe cream ⦠instead she opened a little hole in the wipe and then dumped in my shots ā¦.. drink was not what I wanted or how I ordered it ! Starbucks is getting old and I have stopped my frequency of visits and will continue to do so with this kind of service when paying premium dollars...

And explained that the sweet cream isn't usually incorporated throughout, but placed on top at the end. I wanted to be sure we had the right drink. The person at the window asked the person making drink who seemed unsure why she was being asked about it. Even if I didn't know how it's supposed to be made, the menu at the drive thru shows the drink. It's unfortunate that this was my dad's first experience with the sweet cream cold brew. Simply having an employee act like they too understood that what they handed us did not look like what we ordered would have...
