Yorkville Flower Shop — Local services in Kendall Township

Flowers were left on doorstep of residence in near freezing temps, causing significant wilting, arrangement was not wrapped to protect it from cold, and balloon was not attached to the arrangement. It sat on the doorstep for nearly 3 hours. Tried to call the florist, and there was no answer to repeated calls. Called Teleflora to request a re-delivery and requested not to use this florist. Low quality, no customer service, do not recommend.

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday. I do not live in the area and placed an order from another floral shop and the flowers were horrific. I called Yorkville Flower Shop in a panic on a Saturday midday, hoping that I could still get a delivery same day. They were unbelievable and when I explained my situation, they said they had the exact bouquet that I needed and they would make sure it was delivered immediately. For two years in a row now I’ve reached out to Yorkville Flower Shop to have a special arrangement delivered. Both times they delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers just like the style I chose, and got them delivered without issue.

I’ll even throw in another thank you for them helping square away a technological anomaly on the billing side of things. They do a great job and I will work with them...
