We have been here a few times, each time were there, were always disappointed. I'm not a fan of an open kitchen concept, but love a good fire oven. They only offer one type of crust, and one size pizza. We got a veggie pizza today, it was WAAAAY under cooked, so much that the veggies were literally raw. Everything is insanely overpriced for what u get. A kids Mac n cheese that comes with store bought loaf bread was $12.00, small portion to. Dough nuggets were very greasy, but tasted ok, def NOT worth $15.00. same with the Truffle fries. Sandwiches were on, still overpriced, and a side of regular fries had more salt that potatoes in the order. Felt bad that our meal for 5 adults and one child, no drinks, no dessert cost us almost $120.00 e/o tip. We didn't have much for leftovers, and left an ok tip for the service we received. Def WILL NOT be back to Parma!!
In response to the Parma reply Our 7 year old granddaughter received a bowl of kids Mac and cheese, with a side of bread that was obviously NOT homemade. No broccoli, no drink, $12.00. Parking is always horrendous at Parma.l! It's a shared parking lot with very, VERY limited space. We arrived at Noon on Sun. There was literally one open space. We took it while our kids had to park both of their cars in the public lot up the street. Overpriced for the food u get, and instead of apologizing and saying u will do better, u post that I'm lieing about our visit there. I have zero reasons to lie. Parma "thinks" they are a 5 star restaurant, but Mike and his crew have ALOT to learn. 4 appetizers 1 kids meal (w/o sides or drink) 1 pizza 1 entre sandwich (with side of fries for $5 more) No drinks $120.00 If you think that's reasonable, then ur completely...
Read moreMy Fiancé arranged my 40th dinner celebration here. We had a large group (24). This was all of our 1st time there. Everyone at Parma was professional, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is a hip rustic chic where you are comfortable enjoying a meal with the family or a date night dressed to the nines! A fun experience being near the pizza oven and watching the magic happen! The food was AMAZING! From classic flavors to gourmet spins on classics, even the pickiest of eaters in the group left full and satisfied! We had the meat and cheese board. A great conversation starter and a wonderful introduction to the quality and diversity of Parma’s flavors! The House Chopped, Parma Salad and Chicken Caesar were all fresh and tasty. I am not sure which I could say was my favorite! We ordered almost every pizza. Now I wish we ordered every one! Aside from people’s personal preferences, everyone loved every slice they had! I didn’t try them all, but they enhanced the flavor experience with what is typically my go to all time favorite “ Goat Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes”. The desserts were beyond delicious. Know that the cannolis are very authentic tasting so they are not very sugary. They are light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness. For those that want the sugar impact of traditional American style desserts, the Mount St. Parma is where it’s at! Every single person in our group said they would come back again. THANK YOU AGAIN,...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time tonight, but promptly left soon after we were seated. Shortly after we sat down, our server came by to take our drink order. Her mask was down around her chin, and not anywhere close to covering her mouth or nose. We stated we needed a few minutes to decide on our order, and watched as she continued to serve other patrons on the patio while not masked. Being concerned, I went inside to quietly ask management what the mask policy was (while I was inside I saw another employee improperly masked). The manager came from the back to speak to me, and he had NO mask on at all- using his excuse of being in the back for not wearing one. He did not attempt to mask up to while talking face to face with me. He said policy requires employees to be masked outside while interacting with people. 2 of the 3 ppl I saw were masked, just not our server. When I casually pointed out who had been helping us, he used the poor excuse of it being her last night as to why she might not be following proper policy. To this man's credit, I did see him remind the employee that she needed to pull her mask up. I returned back to the patio, but at that point, we were not confident that proper safety precautions were being taken seriously. We thus decided to take our...
