I recently visited the AT&T store located at 14649 SW 56 Street, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by two amazing representatives, both named Daniela. They provided exceptional service regarding my cellular phone needs.
From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and attentively listened to my concerns. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident as they guided me through the solutions available, ensuring I understood each aspect of the service. Both Danielas were patient and took the time to answer all my questions, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I left the store feeling satisfied and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated and friendly staff, and I truly appreciate their help. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T location and seeking assistance from Daniela and Daniela – they are a fantastic team!

Read moreI believe the managers name at the time was Daniella. she refused to help my mother in transferring our account to her because my father has passed and we don't have an internet plan under her name. She showed on the 20th of November 2023 to switch the plan and was told the internet would stay on until we can resolve the issue. She made a mistake and cut the internet so my mother showed up the next day to resolve the issue and was met with incompetence and laziness. She refused to leave her office because "she was busy". Instead she Left it up to a new employee to resolve an issue she can fix herself. She does not want to be held accountable for any of her errors. We have all filed formal complaints to Att as well about her. I never expected a simple issue that could of been resolved easily if the manager wanted to assist its employees and customers. For starters my data plan was a retired plan and I had no idea why I was paying so much when I didn't even have unlimited data. Every single month I would be charged ridiculous amounts of overage fees and I had enough of that. I stopped by the store and I spoke with a nice guy named Andrew. He was extremely professional and he took his time going over my account. At the end of the day I was able to save money and he switched me to the new unlimited plan. Not only that but he asked about our tv service which was with Comcast and offered my family and I an incredible deal for $80.00 tv and internet. This guy really cared about us and made me feel like a valued customer. This is the kind of person at&t should be hiring in all their stores. I will always come back to...
