Really disappointed with my experience with this salon. Initially, it seemed like a good salon with very good prices. I usually get a regular mani/pedi and didn’t necessarily have an issue with the final outcome (it’s pretty basic so hard to mess up albeit). The main issue with this salon is the AWFUL nail techs and their attitude. The last two techs I had would cut me and leave me bleeding while doing my cuticles even though I would express for them to be careful while doing it. They literally would blame me for them cutting me because my cuticle is thin. On top of that, these last few nails techs I had were extremely inconsiderate of my time, showing up late each time. The irony is the one time I was significantly late due to traffic, they had no issue cutting my appointment short. The most recent tech who did my nails would show up extremely late and would be on her phone the entire time. Not only would she be on her phone literally getting up from the station, ignoring me at points to talk to other techs about her phone while I’m sitting there having my nails done, but she would be so distracted she’d end up drawing blood because she wouldn’t pay attention. She was even very rude to me despite me trying to be as gracious as possible given her behavior. To make things worse, these nail techs gossip loudly and openly infront of customers about their clients which left a horrible impression. Extremely unprofessional techs. What a shame considering...

I made an appointment a week in advance. A few hours before the appointment it was pushed back 15 mins. and the technician was changed without consultation. When I arrived to the salon I was told I had to wait because the technician I had been assigned still wasn’t available. After 20 mins of waiting I heard the technician that I was assigned complaining that she was tired and didn’t want to do my appointment. The front desk lady then tried to get another person to do my nails. I walked out without a manicure and a really bad impression of this salon.

After I left the salon I received a cancellation text claiming my appointment had been changed to 8:45pm. It was originally at 7:30pm, I had been told (and received a confirming text) that it was rescheduled to 7:45pm.

Completely abusive to disregard appointments, and waste...

The technician who did my hands, I was very happy and satisfied with her work. Both times that I have been, they did my mani great but the pedicures are lousy, they take barely 15 mins on your feet, not even a little massage nothing and they dont clean around the nails. For me it was a complete disappointment both times i did my pedicure there. I am hoping they talk to the technicians because its almost as if they dont like doing pedicures.
