Worst Hair Salon Experience Ever!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a simple nourishing treatment and toner to tone down my highlights, but the OWNER herself completely ruined my hair. Instead, she turned my hair an awful blackish-green color! I was horrified and immediately went back to get it fixed, thinking it couldn’t get worse. Well, it did!!

Instead of correcting the mess she made, she used some super strong products that left my hair bright orange and completely fried! My hair was extremely dry, brittle, and damaged beyond repair. More than a year after still is not fully recovered.

To make matters worse, she NEVER apologized! Instead, she gave me the nastiest attitude, as if it was my fault she messed up. I was treated like a nuisance rather than a paying customer of over $400.

Save yourself the trauma and avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never had such an unprofessional, rude, and careless experience in my life. If you care about your hair at all, go...

This is my all time favorite one stop consistent go to beauty salon. Literally from toenails to hair to hair treatments to manicures of all kinds to getting it all done in one shot. They are able to simultaneously give you the princess treatment on every visit. Everyone is literally equally as amazing… My personal favorite go to for my hair is Rachel because she is amazing and knows exactly what I like and want and without fail delivers every time. They are beyond the most accommodating because I usually text them on the fly when I am on the go last minute and in need and they always find a way to squeeze me in and make it work. Celia is not only an amazing stylist—she’s also my mom! I’ve been getting my hair cut by her for years, and she always gets it just right. She’s super upbeat, listens to what I want, and makes sure I leave feeling great. My hair has grown so much and is healthier than ever thanks to her. A bunch of my friends go to her too, and they all love their haircuts!

The salon itself is such a good vibe—everyone is friendly and welcoming. Juliana at the front desk is always so sweet and helpful, and Kylie (the owner) gives the best vavavoom blow drys ever!
