Thank you for your response. I was able, finally, to reach out to your customer service department at the 1-866 number provided. That is the number that should be provided at all locations for customer service. Thank you again, I was able to get back on my monthly plan.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews and am open to updating this one if El Car Wash addresses my concerns. Two weeks ago, I stopped by to renew my membership. I carefully explained this to the attendant, and she understood. While there was a minor issue with my license plate missing the last digit, she resolved it and asked me to park my car and meet her at the kiosk.
Unfortunately, she accidentally processed a single Graphene wash instead of the membership renewal. I understand mistakes happen, and I kindly asked for a refund so I could pay for the correct service. However, I was informed that they are not allowed to issue refunds or exchanges, which is a surprising policy for a company of this size. She suggested I contact Customer Service, which I did.
After calling multiple times and waiting on hold for 10 minutes each time, the system automatically disconnected and instructed me to email instead. I followed up via email, but I have yet to receive any response. As someone who has worked in customer service for nearly 30 years, I believe excellent customer care should be a priority, especially for loyal customers.
I’ve always appreciated El Car Wash’s service and have been a happy member for years, but this experience has been disappointing. I hope this review prompts a response and resolution. All I’m requesting is a refund or exchange so I can renew my membership. If resolved, I’m more than happy to revise this...
Read moreShout out to the BEST of THE BEST Carlos! because from the moment I arrived I was greeted with the biggest smile, I was coming in hot with a load of bird droppings on my car.. (a flock of birds had a dump party on my roof lol 🙈) but soon as I mentioned them Carlos grabbed a rag scrapped it and reassured me he would make sure I left with my car squeaky clean and he didn’t lie. After my wash he told me to park.. Mind you this is the first time I come to El Carwash.. I didn’t even know vacuuming was free! & He made sure my car was bird poop free LOL! Literally.. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience and great customer service while cleaning my car, he made me laugh, he was so attentive and informative. When he told me about the carpet cleaner, I was like..what? Carpet cleaner LOL! The rags, the windex the air.... I wouldn’t have enjoyed all the services without him orienting me and being so helpful! He checked on me to make sure I was okay .. needless to say once you come to El Car wash on sunset and have CARLOS taking care of you, you’ll never want to go anywhere else! Read moreIf you are not a member, you are missing out. If I wash my vehicle at home it takes me 20 minutes just to start. In the same time, I can leave my house drive through the wash and be back home. Once a month I stay and use the vacuum after. My vehicle has a few areas, due to its design, that need to be cleaned manually. This is not a problem because 90 % of my vehicle is clean and it only takes a little to clean the rest. For the cost of membership it is worth every penny. Because of where I work, my vehicle gets dirty quickly. I used to have it detailed every three months. Now I can drive around in a clean car everyday. I use the wash at least 2 a week. It feels so good to drive around in a clean car. This location is the closes to my house. Only a few miles away. I love the fact that I can go to any El Carwash locations. If you time it right, you can be in and out in about 5 minutes. Go get your car washed.
