Cien Años De Pandebono — Restaurant in Florida

Yes, it’s used to be one of the best Colombia bakery in town. No any more. The PandeBono with no taste, the empanadas lost its crunchy profile and even worst, the fry tequeños were just refry-snacks that no even my dogs want them to eat. Now, what about the service? Terrible! The old lady things she is making us a favor selling Colombian food, when a realty we go there for a great experience and excellent food. I really regrets that 100 Años of Pandebono let the good manners behind and focus more on low chip food ingredients, and low quality time trying to increase maximize profit margins. Please we want you back. Stop going to Restaurant Depot trying to save money. Look for another food supplier, hire a new baker and bring new experiences to those who used to love your bakery. Before I go...any Colombian buddy would recognize a good buñuelos...the one I had yesterday were air and flour simplify like...

Pretty affordable and great food that’s why I give 2 stars but where they lack is good customer service and the ability for the client to pay with credit card. The owner needs better staff to give better customer service, and able to invest in an appropriate credit/debit device. If you telling me this was 10 years ago I get it but nowadays there are so many devices that can even be used with simply a cellphone. When I go to a place I look at everything and analyze every aspect..Very cheap owner that doesn’t want to remodel the place, invest in great staff, and have better cleaning. Never coming back to this place again la gente está deprimida ahí y están enfocado en sus chismes y conversaciones que los clientes. Debería llamarse 100...

I don't understand why anyone gives these places good reviews. The customer service is trash. They act like they are doing your a favor being open. They are scantily stocked. I got here and they had one cheese arepa, the kibbehs, 20 croquetas (go figure, it's a Colombian bakery), no arepa con huevo. When I asked for the latter, the answer I got was they had none cooked. Why are you open? Why are you in business? The empanadas are really good though, they had 10 of those in stock. Oh yeah, and there was one other customer in the place. Maybe I missed a rush, it was 10:00...
