My wife and I recently decided to purchase blinds from Home Depot, and Window25 is the local company they outsource measurement and installation to. It has been a frustrating mess every step of the way.
I had to call several times to make the measurement appointment, as invariably their “scheduler” was “out to lunch”. Why the person who answers the phone can’t open a calendar is beyond me, but I was promised twice that I’d receive a call back. I didn’t. I had to chase them to make an appointment.
The first appointment window was several hours, and I took off from work to be home for it. Not only did they not show, but once again I had to call THEM to confirm that their measurement guy wasn’t coming. An afternoon wasted.
The second appointment window was from 10am to 12pm on another day later that week. At 7:30am I get a call saying that the guy was “downstairs” - 2.5 hours before he was supposed to show up. I was getting dressed for work and my wife wasn’t even awake yet, and we had to scramble to accommodate him.
When our blinds finally arrived last week, it was once again a pain to schedule an installation. To our horror, the installation couldn’t be done because the measurements had been taken incorrectly! Our windows are not standard, but presumably a blinds professional should know how to take measurements of windows.
So now here I sit, 3 days later. I have called twice to schedule a pickup and discuss next steps, and twice I have been told that the Scheduler is out, and that I’d be receiving a call back. Still haven’t received that call. I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. The least I can say is that they have been polite, but politeness gets 1star when the service...
Read moreI have nothing but raves for the work, professionalism, prices and overall courtesy of Window25, LLC. I am not an easy customer - rather demanding and particular I know - but I was always treated respectully by the folks I dealt with, no matter how demanding I became. They sent me many, many swatches, trying to find exactly what I wanted and followed up with restraint, and consummate patience, and never with an aggressive manner., which I very much appreciated.
Their prices were about 2/3 (or less) of what I would have paid in NY for the same exact material, and their work was easily just as beautifully and tastefully done. I had an armchair that has great emotional meaning for me and when they delivered it, it was not as comfortable as i hoped it would be, although I had specifically asked for the kind of filling they used. Without any hesitation, they took it back, and returned it looking just as marvelous as before, and not only more comfortable than it had been when first delivered, but even more comfortable than it was to begin with.
They are polite, sincere, wonderful cratsmen, and I will use them again when I have something else to be upholstered. Highly recommended.

Read moreRecently had 6 dining chairs reupholstered by Window 25 and just wanted to come review them and highly highly recommend them for anyone searching for upholstery needs! Window 25 came recommended off a town forum and we are so happy we went with them! My older family heirloom cane chairs were in dire need of being reupholster and I contemplated tossing them and just getting new ones but John assured me that he could do a great job with my chairs and bring them back to life for me and that’s exactly what he did! He and his team really delivered & provided top notch service from pickup all the way to drop off of the chairs. We are so pleased with how beautiful they turned out and how they were able to bring them back to life for us! Everyone loves our chairs and they look beautiful in our dining room! The entire team at Window 25 is extremely professional and we had a great experience and will happily use them again! Here is a before and after pic...
