A true test of the quality of a business is how they handle issues, While the floor that Gio Floors installed was impeccable, there was an issue with the floor material. When I called Gio, he immediately came out to check, and determined it was an issue with the floor material. He went back to the supplier and was able to get a replacement and fixed everything within one week. Again, I cannot recommend Gio Floors enough.

Gio is super personable and his crew is so professional and boy do they work clean.

I was so pleased with the professionalism of Gio and his crew. From the first phone call through installation Gio and his team were awesome. On time, explained everything kept in constant contact letting us know start dates, arrival times, etc. The team worked so clean and everything came out as expected and Gio fixed issues that my last floor install had completely ignored to the point where the floor was sagging in spots. We went with a Luxury Vinyl as that is rated highly for households with dogs and Gio had a really nice selection of options. Can't recommend Gio enough! We had water damage to our floors and needed to replace our entire flooring. Gio came over to assess the damage and walked us through the process to fix the situation.

He gave us options for different flooring types and cost estimates to look at. This helped us visualize the different set of outcomes to go with.
