If I could get them Noth Star that’s what they would’ve with you and another issue is the app doesn’t allow you to make a complaint unless you have a confirmation order which I did not get one because we did not receive food but here’s my story I want to take my wife out for lunch at 12:30 PM in the afternoon we arrive at the location went to sit at the bar but was instructed they did not have a bartender available at this time within 50 feet at the booth and waiting for a waiter who took an hour to come and take out order and then another hour pass and then brought out sodas and biscuit and mushroom that my wife ordered as an appetizer the mushrooms had some type of paper film of some sort that after she took a bite she pulled it out immediately we contacted the manager to let them know who demonstrated us all day would you take it off the bill at this point we have been here for two hours which was closely approaching the time that we had to pick up our daughter from school at this point I was disgusted and upset with this location because of the service and not even receiving our food at this point and went to leave asked for the manager so that way we could pay for the drinks and the biscuit because we did not feel as though we should just work out at this point but the manager just took it off the bill and we did not have a good time or experience at this location it’s not our fault that you are under inspection it’s not our fault that it took two hours and to receive some type of food which was not a meal now did I try to report thisBut unfortunately on the website you cannot make a complete without some type of order confirmation which does not make sense to me you should be able to make a complaint with or without a confirmation number but now for further reference I will make sure that I get some type of confirmation number so that way I can send it to the corporate very very disgusting never will eat at this...
Read moreOK so at first I was going to leave a bad review, like a 1-star, but I decided to up it to a four-star based on how the manager, Sam, handled my situation. I placed my order by phone which went well, great customer service by the way. I preordered prior to my lunch-break to ensure it would be ready upon arrival in order to give me time to eat it. I arrived 20 minutes after the curb-side pick up time just to be sure it would be ready when I arrived, but I was told that my order was already brought out to the customer. So of course I was livid. I had skipped breakfast and it was now almost 2pm so needless to say I was hungry. I spoke to the mgr and mentioned how the woman who took my order asked for my name and a detailed description of my vehicle, so how could she have given someone my order. I actually never called when I arrived, I went inside just to speed up my pick up process. Anyway just wanted to give you the story behind my experience. Despite all of my efforts to have my order ready upon pick-up, I was not a happy camper and waited for my order to reprocess after speaking to the manager with an attitude. However, Sam (the Mgr) was SO professional, reimbursed me for my meal and processed my order with extra food that I didn’t notice until later. His professionalism during my not-so-pleasant demeanor was remarkable and I appreciated his patience a great deal, even if not in the moment. He represents what a great manager should possess in any business setting. Read moreI have been to red lobster twice is the past 5 years. I honestly don’t know I keep coming back. The last time was the worst and (probably) final time. I arrived around 3:45pm, we waited a little bit to get sat since there was no host. We finally got sat and D’Asia greeted us. We ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri and three waters with extra lemon. I watched my strawberry daiquiri hang out at the bar for 5 mins before she brought it to me, it wasn’t even busy. I had to ask her 7 times for extra lemons. I don’t understand why she was so distracted. We placed our dinner orders. Waited about 45 mins and our food was still not ready. I’m usually a patient person but 45 mins is a long time, especially since it’s not busy. I asked D’Asia about our food and she brought it out 15 mins later. Every thing was incorrect. She forgot my Caesar salad, all the sides were wrong, she forgot the coconut shrimp. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was very nice and tried to get us the correct sides and salad. We quickly ate and asked for the bill since the service was so terrible, we just wanted to leave. D’Asia brought the bill to me, there was a charge for a game, our tablet was never turned on, I don’t get how I got charged for a game. I also got charged for the Caesar salad I never got and an additional strawberry daiquiri. The whole entire bill was incorrect too. I don’t understand how someone could make so many mistakes.
