Sebastian is hands down the best!! No, I am not Sebastian!!!

I came into New Orleans from another country with a broken ipad mini 2 and a limited time table. Not only was the screen damaged, but as Sebastian took the ipad apart, we discovered that a chip that is in the corner of the ipad behind the lcd screen was also damaged. At this point Sebastian did everything in his power to try to resolve my issue as fast as possible, even if it meant he was not making a penny. First he looked to see if the ipad was still under warranty, it wasn't. Next he contacted Apple to have them quote the job since he didn't have the chip. The cost was almost 3 x what Sebastian had quoted me. We had to special order the chip online which meant it may or may not arrive on time. It did not. I had to leave the country but left the ipad mini with Sebastian so that when the repair was finished he could ship it to my address in the U.S. When the repair was finished, he sent me pictures and video on my ipad in the like-new condition. I arranged payment and sent a prepaid shipping label and my ipad arrived at the pre-arranged destination in perfect condition. I had such a good experience with the talented, honest, hard-working Sebastian that all of my Apple devices will now be sent to him when I have repairs needed. Very knowledgeable tech, very friendly, and says what he will do and he does what he says. I can't say enough positive things about my interactions with Sebastian. The best part is that he stays in contact with you and provides you with updates on your device every step of the way. If you are in New Orleans and need a repair on tech stuff, this is the place to go!!! Thank you again...

Guys..its truly unbelievable. I never write reviews but iDigital has kept his word this entire time. I got a fresh Mac Pro 2011 for $600 and was able to do installments (locals deal). He kept my computer & money safe by tracking the payments I've made. He also STILL helps me figure out any tech issues I'm having by texting me back asap STEP by STEP what to do. It's been over 2 months and he still responds to my annoying requests lol. My GOD, this guy is a literal answered prayer. I have everything I need to progress professionally in my creative work. I was skeptical at first--everything sounded almost too good to be legit..BUT HE IS FREAKING MORE THAN LEGIT OMG. I am so thankful y'all!! There's also a guy next door-- (Ask SEBASTIAN if you need a computer skin.) Mine is this trippy sparkle optical illusion that seamlessly was installed with the Apple light logo still showing. No mask, one of many red flags. I was emailing with the guy about moving a hard drive from one iMac into the other, and he was avoidant about answering how much it would cost and how long it would take. Asked me to bring in both desktop computers just to tell me the job wasn’t possible when I got to the store.I then looked up a YouTube video of someone doing the exact thing I’d asked him to do (still too technical for me to handle on my own, but I’m certainly not interested in using his service). He was also about 30 minutes late from the time he told me he’d be there. The company seems to be just this guy, and I can’t really say if he does good work or not since he didn’t have the expertise to help me, all I can say is I’d be very wary about using his services.
