Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Kenner

This is the worst pizza place I have ever done business with. The drivers try to take shortcut to accomplishing their job. More than once they took over an hour to get my pizza to me. They reported to the store that they knocked on my door and there was no answer so they went back to the store. So then I had to wait for them to resend the pizza, the cold pizza, back to my door. There were Specific Instructions for them to call me when they rolled up to my gated community. They never did that. Then when I attempted to talk to the manager about this problem they told me that I would have to just get over it. That there was nothing they could do and I should listen better for the knock on my door. They also tend to skimp on ingredients. Multiple times I have ordered extra cheese on my pizza and it comes with barely even the standard amount. In short I have had multiple problems both with the quality of the food and the employees of this establishment. Going to make this switch to ordering pizza from Pizza Hut or Domino's as this is the only Papa...

Giving one star because it's required. Due to working odd hours, we've relied on ordering here much more than we should have. The (young) staff seems not to care about customer loyalty, product quality, & are lacking in customer service skills. It seems this franchise is either just an afterthought for the owner or they simply are coasting on the product name. We were delivered a pizza whose crust and toppings were totally BURNT. Anyone with eyes would have seen this pizza was not edible. Despite requests to speak with a manager, we just get different teen-ish voices claiming to be the manager and then being dismissive of our experience. Just fed up with their utter lack of concern for customer loyalty and the products they sell. Frankly, I think the age and immaturity of the workers here is an issue. PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED DOLLARS here where the product is inconsistent and the staff uncaring (& the owner too, apparently). Go elsewhere for real food and personable, caring staff - rather than the overpriced crap and bad...

I called to order pizza on Sunday night the lady I spoke with had a very hard accent and was not easy to communicate. I ordered a large mushroom spinach alfredo pizza with some dessert bites when I got it head tomatoes on it in no mushrooms. The Oriole bites we're very firm almost hard and I'm pretty sure they were supposed to come with the sauce that they did not. I guess I should have checked my order before leaving but the lady who gave it to me was very friendly and nice and she repeated my order to me before it even handing it to me so I just assumed it was right. If it was not for her and the pizza tasting at least decent even though it's not what I ordered and my mom specifically requested mushrooms then they would be getting a one star.

Also I've tried to call them two days now and when I press 5 to speak with the manager the phone either rings and Rings or it rings and when they picked up one time I could not understand what they were saying. Don't think I'll ever be ordering Papa...
