I came in this morning to check out the new Starbucks in the neighbourhood and to get my usual coffee aroun 6:30. I was horrified to find that a staff member (tall guy with the black apron) was not only talking down to everyone but at times actually yelling and raising his voice. At one point even all the staff seemed to stop and look at him confused as he was actually yelling at another girl about being out of a tea. I felt so horrible for this staff and even this poor girl who looked like she was going to cry. Yes it was early in the morning and they were starting to pick up with business but this is no way to treat a fellow employee. I will go back to my original Starbucks from...
