I don't believe in giving 5 stars, but this store is pretty good for just opening. The gentleman were helpful. I didn't think we'd buy anything but we bought "Dungeon". A family friendly adventure have. Played it even we got home. Super fun. Well well well worth $18.

Clean and very well lit. They have books! Like comic books, graphic novels and UFOs. I recommend to then they should find more books to sell (ie. Science fiction and fantasy) (ie. Le Guin, Pratchett, Clark, Doyle, Card.......) (Used books are cheap!) (I would return for the books as well as the games) Prices are typical. They sell records and vintage comic book, retro toy, PEZ, and kitsch collectibles and ephemera Play test room. 👍👍 No one chewed me out when my son kept playing with the toy phone. They had slot machine for fun and were patient with my kids as they played with them

Went there a couple days ago with my brother to check it out. I’m usually at other places and wanted to check this one out. First time being there and I would like to go back due to their wide range of stuff but I’ll probably won’t be back. The main sales person was a quick greeter but he for sure made it noticeable that he thought we were stealing. He followed us everywhere and would pop up randomly every 30 seconds to make sure we weren’t left alone while his friends played cards. He wouldn’t let us out of his sight. Not because he was attentive but because he thought we were stealing. Couldn’t help but feel bad about it.. rushed us to buy and constantly reminded us they were closing soon with 1hr still remaining. Marblehead's is filling a need and carrying on a beloved legacy in the Uptown area in Kenosha, for those of us who desire many options for hobbyist pursuits pertaining to comics, toys, nostalgic items, tabletop games and more. Today, I found an old "Beatlemania" board game and snatched that thing up because I know I'll personally enjoy playing it, looked into an adorable and intriguing RPG called "Magical Kitties", and discovered that I want to read the new Wonder Woman "Historia" book that's coming out in June of 2023. I'll also be going back to Marblehead's soon to join in on their Saturday boardgame night 6pm-10pm, for which they choose a couple of random games from the store to just give a try and see what it's like to play them.
