I don't like leaving bad reviews but I'm extremely frustrated with the service I recieved today. My headlight went out so I googled oriley to see if they will help change your headlight as well and it said they do. I went to the store and purchased the bulb. He told me to make sure I don't touch the bulb part and sold me some grease to put it on. So I figured I'd give it a try on my own. When I opened the hood I realized I was going to need some tools so I went back inside to ask for help. The guy came out and looked at it said he'd grab me the tools I'd need but it was going to take too long for him to be out of the store (mind you there's 2 other workers inside and no other customers at the moment). So he brought me out a tool I tried to take off the part but realized I needed another tool so I went back ib and they gave me 3 more tools and sent me back out. At this point I'm highly frustrated because I can't get the piece off and I have my kids in the car, one being a baby and crying. I video called my dad and he told me that I didn't even need to take that part off. He said to wait until he got off work tomorrow and he'd help me. I brought the tools inside and the guy behind the desk asked if I got it. I set the tools down and said, "No, I did not. My dad is going to help me tomorrow. Thanks for not helping." I could understand if there was only one of them in the store and they couldn't leave it unattended but there was 3 of them.. I took a battery to O’Reilly auto parts to have my battery checked and it turned out that it was .less than a 6v when put under a load, So this employee that did the battery test by the name of KYLE brought my bad battery from my car,found out that it was under warranty, KYLE then got me a new Replacement, carried the battery to my car, all this time, A Smileon his face, very friendly, loves his job,love’s helping people, KYLE O’Reilly Auto parts for me....
