Very impressed With Abraham and Mike. My family was put out of their home because of a fire, some family was hospitalized & having to set them up in a temporary home thanks to Elevate & USAA home insurance.

The delivery personelle that unloaded & staged all the furniture & househood goods were spectacular. I am a very difficult OCD type person. I would not say I'm easy to please. The high quality of work this crew completed everything was nothing short of a God given blessing. This was my 1st time working with them so I ended up waiting till the end to do the inventory checklist which unintentionally held them up. I felt bad I was not more undertanding of their paperwork to have been more efficient for them. Abraham showed such graceful professionalism allowing me to complete the paperwork & answering all the questions I had. So highly empressed with their efficiency, speed, thoughtfulness, patience, cleanliness, respectfull communication, they even laid out this red loading carpet that minimized Immensely amount of dirt form the moving process. Wiped down everything as they set up the house. So seamless.

Unfortunately This platform had some sort of error and wouldn't let...

On May 27, 2020 I purchased furniture from Cort Furniture (used furniture outlet) totaling $1200 I paid with cash. On May 30, 2020 I decided to cancel my purchase with Cort Furniture and buy new furniture at Dania Furniture (high-end Scandinavian furniture store). Prior to cancelling my purchase with Cort Furniture I reviewed the refund policy located on their website which reads purchases made with cash refund via check takes 2 weeks. To date I have not received my refund, and as a result I called Cort Furniture Corp Office located in Virginia and emailed over a dozen emails to Cort Furniture the local office in Tukwila WA requesting my refund. All I’m getting is the run around from this Shady company, on July 6, 2020 I received a text message informing me the refund will take 6-8 weeks. I shouldn’t have to wait three months for my refund due to Cort Furniture incompetence and shady business practices.

Unfortunately, my experience with Cort Furniture has been extremely frustrating, I found the individuals at the Tukwila location incompetent, not trustworthy, unprofessional, whom lack integrity, and their moral campus questionable.

Proceed with caution shopping at Cort Furniture..... you get what you pay for..... dishonesty, Ignorance and...
