This review is specifically for the delivery service. I would recommend to pick up if you can. I was contacted by a rep to let me know my sofa had arrived and to arrange the delivery. I was told they could deliver Saturday morning but when they called me on Friday to confirm my delivery, they slotted me for 12PM to 3PM. This wouldn't fit in my schedule so I cancelled and spoke to a rep to reschedule the delivery. I was told that I couldn't reserve a time slot, just a day and I will be contacted the day before for the time that they will be delivering. How am I supposed to make arrangements to be at home for the time of delivery if I don't know when the delivery is going to happen until the day before? I've had bad experiences with LaZboy retail shops in the past but I must say that my experience with this LaZboy and Cyndy specifically was great. We recently moved from Minneapolis to Seattle and our movers tore our couch. Cyndy was helpful and responsive when we called her to receive recommendations for repair. Although we ended up having to using the company that the movers contracted with for repair work, Cyndy made sure to follow up with us to ensure that our couch was fixed. We went to the warehouse to get our chair. They left half in our RV and took the rest to be repaired. We were leaving town and didn't want to wait for delivery.
