The only reason for 3 stars instead of 2, is because they are a safe place for domestic abuse and help those who've been abused.
Last year I would've given them 5 stars, but they've made changes that reflect the economy. Clothes used to all be the same price, with the exception of a very few items. Now you can get some stuff cheaper at Walmart. I saw a pair of shoes for $16.00. Pictures and frames that used to be a dollar or so are $4.50 and up.
