September 27th 2022 at approximately 7:00pm, I place my order through the subway App. The app let me know that my sub will be ready at 7:20 p.m. at approximately 7:14 I arrived at the restaurant. At approximately 7:15 I was asked if I had a curbside order I replied yes. I was then told the car in front of me in the driveway had a big order and would take a while. I then replied that I was handicapped and did not bring my Walker. After about 5 minutes of silence someone replied that the microphone wasn't working and I had to come inside. After being lied to about the microphone I asked to speak with the manager and was refused this request. After sitting in line 15 minutes longer I drove off after being denied my purchase. I would like a full refund and an apology from the staff that work this nights for refusing to bring me my curbside purchase and lying to me about being able to hear me through...

I love this Sheetz. It's always so clean and well stocked with the items I like. I am a kindergarten teacher at WES and I find myself getting one or two coffees here about 3-4 times a week, because they have decaf which I have to have. They usually have a great variety of flavored creamers as well. I appreciate them putting in the self checkout registers. I have even bought stuffed animals for my kindergarten class. I love the Walkertown location and appreciate how clean and neat it always is. I have a Husky and Border Collie who destroy every toy/treat we give them and I love being able to buy individual bones instead of a whole bag, just in case they don't like it. The Himalayan Yak cheese is awesome from there, as well as the brisket bones and knuckles. I love the bathing stations as well and how clean they keep them. I highly recommend this...
