Where do I begin? We never really eat out much. When we do, we like to get fast food for something quick, easy and tasty! But on this night, 2-9-24. We ordered two medium pizza with three toppings each. We ordered and proceeded to wait for an hour and a half. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it being Friday night, they were probably busy. That’s why I didn’t call earlier. So at the hour and a half point. I did call. I asked them about my pizza and they told me that they didn’t have my apt number and that they tried calling me but they didn’t receive an answer. Now, my phone showed no missed call. During my initial ordering, we went over my address twice as well as my number. But evidently they still missed it even after I had them repeat it back to me. So knowing being mad or upset was not gonna help me nor get me the pizzas any faster. So I just reordered the pizzas and asked how long it would take and they told me 25-30 minutes. I said okay and still tipped $5 on my debit card. When the pizza arrived 45 minutes later. I told the delivery guy thank you. When we opened it, it was cold like it was the original pizza from at this point 2hrs and 15min ago. I know I can’t prove that but what it came down to is I got 2 cold medium pizzas for a total of $32.17. And the whole reason I used the coupon in the first place was because I thought it was supposed to be $9.99 for both medium pizzas but that was my mistake but it could have been worded better because it actually lead you to believe that. The coupon is very vague which in itself seems a little shady but I digress. I don’t care nor am I looking for any compensation. I just want them to do better. It really sucks our family eat out night was this tragic. Will I ever order Pizza Hut again? Yes. Just never from this particular store again which is the one on South Main St beside Planet Fitness in Kernersville NC or from any other ones in Kernersville NC...

Read moreSometimes things do not go perfectly when you order delivery. On a recent occasion that happened to us. Our delivery driver did not knock on the door as our comments said on the order. He says he called and spoke to a man, which apparently was not a number in our home. So, our pizza didn't make it. I of course called inquiring. I was immediately met with the manager telling me I was wrong and not so friendly, but ultimately, he made it right. The best customer service is not always about who is right, but a restaurant willing to make it right. They did and we received our pizza and wings as ordered.
