Nova Trampoline and Adventure Park — Local services in Kettering

First off, Rocco (I have no idea how to spell your name sorry man!) Saved my financial life! Ok, maybe a financial headache. I made it all the way home and realized I didn't have my wallet. I called Nova and Rocco answered, told him my situation and the general area I lost it. My man's never hesitated, off the phone was Rocco Search Party of One. A few moments pass and Rocco returns to the phone, he tells me his epic trek for the lost wallet turned up unfruitful. My heart sank as I began to think the worst. A financial headache come monday! I thanked Rocco for his valiant deeds, letting him know I was going to come back in and attempt the quest myself. Rocco bid me safe travels. 10 minutes or so pass and my phone rings...Nova Trampoline Adventure Park calling. No it was Rocco, Rescue Squad of One! He set forth on another hunt for the wallet. Through brimstone and fire Rocco was victorious! The headache relief had been found and secured! Jubilation filled the phone call! Upon my return to Nova there was Rocco, Prize in hand. I begged and pleaded for him to allow me to shower him with wealth, land, and cattle. Rocco said Nay! He asked only that I leave a Google review. So that being said, here we go; So I am a fat out of shape giant. My 2 sons and I played for 90 minutes! Prices are very reasonable! Best of all Everything there, not labeled for children, could support my 300lb gigantic self! I usually leave hurting from trampoline parks, but my back doesn't even hurt after todays visit to Nova! Also there are tons of places to crash out and catch your breath every so often. Staff is incredible, and they shown that they care for you! Every now and then they would check on me to see if I was still alive amd ok! Awesome 👌 place fun for the WHOLE family! Get Granny...

The place itself is fantastic BUT the amount of people there was INSANE and staff was definitely overwhelmed. They without a doubt need to do online ticket only on weekends and set a limit on time slots being purchased. Basically how the aquarium does. Then maybe find a better way to clear people out who have been there well past their time slot or clear older 18 and up looking young adults who are just there in groups sitting for hours not jumping, not with a party, no kids ran over to them or anything. We witnessed as we were walking in a lot of older teen to early adults smoking weed in the parking lot then coming in and literally just hanging out inside for the entire time we were there. Soon as we walked in the place reeked of weed from a large majority of their customers. Idk why you'd choose a place made for children to do that or hangout at. Hopefully they get security in there to handle this situation from getting worse in time. If it weren't for this I'd of given 5 stars but there's no regulations in there it's a mad house and doesn't make you feel safe to let your kids run around to play. I would figure out a way to start regulating the crown size especially on weekends. Other than that I'd come back to try it early morning or a weekday sometime. This place is a ticking time bomb for someone to get hurt or fights to break out. They have got to get it under control! Easy solution is to make tickets online only and get checked at the door! that will cut out the loitering of older teens that we witnessed. Hopefully the company sees this and...

Normally I do not ever leave a Google review, but this time I will make a dramatic decision to do so😳 my daughter's birthday party was just this past Saturday I spent almost $600 for an hour and a half rush party. I got there 30 minutes early to check in. Don't you know they told me I had to wait until exactly 6 PM to check in😤 now, if the kids only have an hour to jump, why when I was checking in, it took about 40 minutes. I had to sign a waiver form on top of that. The whole entire gym was over capacity with children. It was crazy. I have never in my life had a birthday party in a room with a shut door and you can still hear the kids from outside the music was horrible. you barely could hear the speakers. It seemed like it was muffling most of the time the host that they was supposed to give me was not even in the room to sing happy birthday to my daughter. I talked to the manager he kept on extending the time but to be honest about time when I got done decorating the room, I was ready to leave. They need to clean the restrooms at least once an hour. The restrooms was horrible. If you are going to charge someone luxury prices at least give them luxury services. I will not be taking my child back there. I'm pretty sure someone got sick. How many kids there was in there, if I was the hiring manager, I would've fired everyone that was there. Nobody was doing their jobs Kids were supposed to be tanning up in certain areas I seen kids being five and up when they wasn't even supposed to be in the area where...
