Blossom Juicy Bar (Bigger Rd) — Restaurant in Kettering

TLDR: They don't sell bakery stuff and they made it sound like a hassle to refund or price match a different item after I ordered a cinnamon roll online. Left disappointed...

Update: I am changing this rating to a five star experience because of the response from the owner. I checked to confirm, and they indeed have changed the website to exclude the bakery. The refund although not needed, it was a great sign of professionalism, and it was appreciated.

I want to start out by saying I love Blossom, my wife and I go to the other location every Sunday, when this place opened up we got excites cause it was a bit closer and it had more stuff like the bubble waffle. I am giving it three stars mainly because of my most recent order.

I order two drinks, a bubble waffle, and a cinnamon roll online. When i got there I got the drinks, we got the waffle, but as we walked out I forgot we ordered a cinnamon roll. I got half way to my car when I remembered, after i walked back in i told them I had a cinnamon roll and they told me they didn't have cinnamon rolls, and that they don't sell bakery stuff

Now they did offer to try and refund it or they said they coule give me a crepe, but I didn't want to wait.

Now the store was fine and I have nothing against the store but I know that both stores now do not carry bakery stuff since this is the second time I have ordered it (different locations both time) and not received anything back. I cant be the only person who this has happened to. If you order online just got a drink, you will not be able to get a sweet treat, and you will just leave...

I really don't want to write this. But, I feel that I need to. I am a frequent customer of the Bloosom's on Bigger Rd. Tonight I ordered $80 worth of bubble tea. I always order pumpkin, it is my favorite and it has been for years. When I ordered this evening, I ordered 8 pumpkin smoothies. It looked like milk, ice, and boba and tasted so bad 👎. I was told that bigger rd has a new replacement pumpkin powder that tastes the same as what I am used to. It is not! I traveled to he fairfield common location and the young lady there was so kind and made my "proper" smoothies. She even gave me two free because I explained my situation. I really love the bubble tea here and will keep coming for it! But we walked in at 7:20pm on a Saturday night and there were no other customers and two employees were there and the chairs were already up on the tables (they were mopping), so that’s fine. After we got our drinks we asked if we could sit down and they said “yeah but we close at 8pm). We still had 30 mins until then…ok, that’s fine…so we sat down and chatted and then at 7:50pm, they came up to us and said “just to let you know we close at 8pm), so we left.
