Family Dollar — Local services in Keysville

So I went into the store at 945pm, I was aware of them closing at 10pm, however all I needed was a pack of cigarettes, so I walked in went immediately to the counter to see that the metal door was over the cigarettes, I ask the gentleman working(which either hates his job,life or is just a flat out miserable person) he tells me that he has already started closing...I said sir you don't close for another 15mins, he pretty much ignored what I was saying and kept cutting me off Everytime I asked what time they closed telling me he can't unlock it or his drawer will come up short-he literally would not sell me a pack of cigarettes I then went to dollar general, and they had no problem selling my cigarettes nor did they tell the entire line "it's closing time"(even considering the fact that it was after 10 at this point)

Y'all should definitely honor your store hours, and get rid of the employees who are so miserable,lazy and rude ...I think he should go back to his day job at Burger...

It was hard to get down some aisles because of boxes stacked everywhere. The cashier apparently locked the computer while she went outside to help someone start a car. The other employee couldn't access the the computer so I and other shoppers had to wait for the cashier to...

Awful...was following sales paper for items and ended up nothing I picked up was exact to the add...even when it said all of a brand. My advice..throw paper away and spend time in...
