White's Building Supply — Local services in Keysville

When I came to Keysville 5 years ago to work in a local furniture factory, I was taken to Whites and introduced to a couple of people and was told this was the place to get whatever we needed for the plant. I thought there's no way a hardware store will have what's needed for an industrial plant. Boy was I wrong! I'm generally in whites no less than 2 times per day in a 5 day work week. Great service 75 percent of the time however if you catch them on a day that it seems a certain 2 or 3 people are scheduled together your experience will be a 2 or 3 I believe they all know what they are doing but they are a company that supplies contractors and small businesses we don't have time to have 2 or three people talking personal stuff after they said they would help and I'm still standing at the register that only happened twice same...

Deliver not on time and when called to see, no phone call back after messages left. After delivery did finally happen part of order was wrong. Wrong items had to be taken back not picked back up then had a hard time returning. I will say the guys that load and unload were very nice but all the rest was not a good experience. For some reason no one there remembers...
