BEWARE!!!!! Dani comes off very professional and nice and he does great work BUT as far as treating you as a person not at all if you speak up for yourself meaning make a request then there will be problems to follow. First I called to make an appointment and discussed what was needed which was a soak off and a fill in everything was fine. Made the appointment came on time. Got there stated that I needed a soak off because two of my nails were healed just wanted to soak off the remaining leftover acrylic. Dani expressed to me how much they wanted to get the nails off as quickly as possible, my thing is what about me as the customer I wanted to soak them off to protect my nails plus it’s less painful. Dani’s wife used a tool that cut a chunk of my nail off to the raw skin which caused me to bleed with a now ripped and damaged nail.Dani gets up and expresses how he does not want to do my nails and this is his shop he starts to get aggressive and speaks with anger. Tells me to get out. Not even trying to fix the damage that was done. Let’s just say I remained calm but I had to call the cops because of what transpired. Okay so I’m usually very skeptical of trying new places, however I read really good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. I called and ask the gentleman that answered if they do ombré nails and if it mattered how long I wanted them, he said no. I asked him when was a good time to come in, thinking since it was close to the time they closed and he told me now was. He had a two ladies ahead of me and still seen me. I was in the salon for maybe a little bit over an hour, however I waited about 20 minutes. Not bad, and I don’t mind because the work he did was amazing! Amazing is an understatement. I’ve never gotten the ombré nails before and I’ve officially fallen in love. He moves so fast and yet the work is still quality. I am 1,000% happy with my nails and will be returning as long as I live in Killeen. He even told me that if anything goes wrong or anything breaks, come back and he’ll fix it for free. They offered drinks and have a huge selection of colors. It’s a nice little salon and you should definitely stop by and check it out. Ombré nails here are $55 and it includes the length and shape so you won’t be surprised by the time you go to pay with all of the extra little things most salons add on.

Not sure what is with me and nail shops lately as far as customer service goes. Went here because of the good reviews. Nails were done by Rocko. He got offended and started singing Jingle Bells when I asked him not to use the drill bit on my natural nails because they were damaged once and I had to have them cut off to start over. So then he started to scrap them with this tool and I asked him if I could just allow them to soak with acetone and paper towel that way I can just rub it off. He kept telling me that he knew what he was doing and he would not damage my natural nails. So he says something to the workers in the shop in a language I did not understand and starts humming really loud (jingle bells). I asked him if that was some sort of coping mechanism he uses when he gets upset. He tells me he was thinking something. I told him well that is obvious then he puts on this fake persona that was totally over the top and quite annoying. I let him finish. My nails turned out nice and his mother did my pedicure and she was very professional and did a nice job on my feet but I am still in search of an alternate shop when I can't make it to my favorite one because I will for sure NOT be going back here.
