This is our go-to Olive Garden. The entrées are always fantastic. However, the last two visits we have had there the customer service has been lacking. The servers have an attitude as if they don't want to be there or you are "bothering" them. Not friendly at all. We've never had this problem at this location until the last few months. Generally, it's a five-star experience. For an appetizer, I always order the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, crispy fried ziti filled with five melted Italian cheeses served with homemade marinara and alfredo. It's amazing! You cannot stop with just one! They are so good! The salad arrived lightning fast to our table and was delicious as always. On this visit, I ordered the Ravoli Carbonara, cheese ravioli baked in a creamy sauce with bacon, and topped with a blend of Italian cheeses. My entree arrived piping-hot and prepared perfectly. Absolutely delicious! My husband had spaghetti and meatballs, and he enjoyed his meal as well. It arrived piping-hot and prepared to perfection as well. If you are craving some excellent Italian, I highly recommend stopping in for a meal. The food is fantastic, always. As I stated earlier, it's generally a five-star experience. However, the service has not been up to par lately, not terrible, but not good, either, so I cannot rate it five stars at this time.

We have ate at Olive Garden in 7 states (we travel full time) and I have NEVER had an experience as bad as we did tonight. It started with old bread sticks and a salad with no dressing or the normal veggies like tomatoes and olives. I had to remind him to put cheese on it. When he brought the drinks he forgot 2 of them (there was only 3 of us), so we had to remind him for those too. When our food finally came the steak plate was so full of grease the pasta side was a unedible mush of oily pasta, they didn't even add the broccoli side. The drinks that were forgotten at the beginning of the meal were not delivered untill the meal was over. The bathrooms were disgusting, make and female.... I only have pictures of the female restroom because my husband didn't take them of the men's room. 3 stalls in the woman's bathroom, 1 out of order and the other 2 were gross as heck with splatter on the seats and waste left in toilets. My husband who has the patience of a saint was so disappointed with the lack of service, food and drity bathrooms didn't leave a tip... only the second time in the 12 years I've know him not to leave a tip. We will nit be returning o this location, we rather travel to Temple or into the big city.

I haven't been to The Olive Garden in over a year. I've been traveling outside of the U.S. and none of the locations I hit offered an O.G. location. There has been one addition (at least) to the menu since I've been gone, so I got it. The Chicken tortellini Alfredo, I think it was called. I also got the classic lasagna because I wanted soup AND salad. No complaints about the food, and I really enjoyed the new dish. My server was Aliyah. She's honestly the reason I'm writing the review. The food at the Olive Garden chain is usually pretty consistent, so there's no surprise there. What was surprising was having a server who was pleasant, punctual, and accommodating. I have zero complaints... and I LOVE complaining. I've been to 32 countries within the past year and eaten out in all of them, and I haven't had service this good. My glass stayed full, she asked if i wanted more breadsticks, and just generally did her job very well. She even asked if I wanted her to box up my food. I value these things. So, thanks for making the visit better than the rest, Aliyah. :)

Hello ladies and gentlemen of killeen. The reason for my one star ,goes to the food quality n the customer service I received. Well start with the food quality. When I received my zuppa soup , it tasted very tainted n bitter ,as if

though I was served some else left over , I should have taken a picture of it, but I didn't because I Normally received good service from this place , n I always get the zuppa which is so good.

Secondly upon receiving my bread. I noticed that the bartender handed me another set of bread that had been sitting off set to the side. Now that I kinda of forgive. Because maybe to her. If no one touch it, it's still good right? So basically I was handed over some one else bread who didn't want it or at least thats how it appeared to me Idk. You guys tell me if that's right.

The zuppa that day was nasty. If I ever return back n my zuppa comes back all chunky n bitter like some else left over. I will report it to management. Food is not something to be playing around with guys.

I'm requesting that the leadership watch were the hands go.and that the staff is practicing proper food sanitation safety plz. Lastly the bartender station. Why is everyone from the tables keep comming up to the bar constantly asking for drinks? When they have designated servers. Then patrons at the bar becomes treated like 2nd class citizens. Either u guys double up and assist the bartender. Or just keep it normal n allow the bartender to fulfill their priority which is the people sitting at the bar. I'll come in a lot of times solo n I'll purposely sit at the bar so that I won't take up space at the table that could be used for a larger group. Ladies n gentlemen there's a reason there's a BAR with tall chairs! So that for whomsoever assumes that position shall be greeted. N treated as such. This part is not important. But there's a point to it. The bartenders know that I tipped them pretty heavy. N still I get treated like a 4 dollar puppy. I know u guys don't always get a good tip when u deserve it.

That day n still I Tipp out. U guys are putting too much pressure on the bartender. U need to huddle up n every one come up with a solution. Other than that plz correct those mistakes I mentioned n continue to stay motivated. N remember no one wants to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. Especially when they been tipping u so generous. Have a nice day n be good...

Olive Garden is expensive. Nobody would dispute that. At $20+ for every meal option, we do not go often. We decided that we deserved a treat and my wife suggested this place in Killeen.

Initial attendance by the server was great, we ordered drinks and food and the drinks arrived. Then we were told there would be salad and breadsticks, so we waited...and waited...and waited.

Eventually the salad and breadsticks arrived and we eagerly awaited the appetizers...and waited...and waited...and waited.

Eventually we decided that the server had likely gone home and so we alerted another server and advised how long we had been waiting and just asked for the check. We agreed to stay if the food was ready and well look at that, as soon as we said we were leaving, out came the food.

Then the manager came to the table to check if everything was ok. "No, not really. The service is terrible. We have waited ages for our food.". The managers response? "Oh ok, can I get you anything else?". Well I ordered another bowl of soup, since I had no idea how long I might have to wait otherwise. The soup was brought by the manager and the manager left never to be seen again.

So then we wanted to order a dessert to-go and get to-go boxes and the check. We waited...and waited...you get the idea by now. My wife had to go and find another server to help us, who got everything we needed. I understand the server not being to blame when maybe the food isn't ready but to be as ineffectual as to not even tend to drink refills and salad/soup refills is entirely their fault.

As a point of reference, a party of 6 came in after us and had been served, ate, settled their check, and still left before us.

Will we be returning? No we will not. Will I be emailing guest relations? No I will not. Please...

I had to change my stars from 5 to 2 because from the moment my son and I walked in, we were left standing there, completely dismissed, until the hostess finally felt like seating us. I could hear the tone from hostess seating us like it was an inconvenience to do her job. I had a bad feeling about her, and I was right because she sat us in an area in the back where we were the only people seated and no one knew we were there so after 15 min, I HAD TO GO GET SOMEONE to serve us... and the WAITRESS HAD NO IDEA WE WERE THERE! She was GREAT AND KEPT APOLOGIZING TO US, saying she's so sorry and it's completely unacceptable for us to have to wait that long. I agree, especially since there were more than enough staff, as some were just sitting around so that amount of staff was never an issue. The hostess was just miserable and didn't bother to let any server know we were there. Also the breadsticks were hard and old... which they should know better. Their portions are pretty large so I wanted to share my plate with my 8 year old child and that immediately annoyed the server. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gone to this specific Olive Garden this happens! I know it's because they think they're going to get ripped off, but never in their heads. Do they think logically that my son and I need to share the plate in order for as to finish it all and that? Therefore, the server will actually get a much larger tips because of my son and I sharing the dish. I'm just annoyed to the point now that i'm sick of being treated that way every single time we went and I gave it 3 to 5 more true tries so now I can confidently say it has been the same treatment every single time, and I will no longer return to this Olive Garden location, but the one in...
