Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Kingman

I've never had a bad or boring experience here, the food and drink are all great, even flavors I normally wouldn't care for are still enjoyable. My favorites are the boba tea and shakes, especially Taro, Strawberry boba and Tiger's Blood shakes but I never miss an opportunity to get good frozen yogurt from this place. My only critique would be that sometimes the boba drink itself is room temperature, but the ice evens the scales, and the boba pearls are always a chewy and very pleasant experience. I am mildly aware of the fact that some of their equipment might be on its last leg, but their location isn't the best for profit so it's expected, but this in no way affects their ability to perform at their best every time. I appreciate that. Another thing to appreciate is the staff. Always friendly, can hold a conversation and work fast and efficiently, and consistently across the board. They're presentable and always seem lively. Having not gone in the shop in over a month, and upon my return remembering my name and order was a massive green flag. I will be returning often. Not much to say about pricing, seems fair for the quality and sizing. I'd rather pay 7 dollars for a large boba than a Starbucks coffee, but that's just personal tastes. Honestly the best froyo place I've ever had- even better than the chains or big city shops! I have a couple genetic health conditions that cause me to not be able to eat many foods, on top of having MAJOR food allergies. I can no longer eat ice cream (my favorite food) from the store due to allergies, let alone my conditions making it nearly impossible to process most solid foods (which makes keeping weight on a nightmare)- but their frozen yogurt is a true blessing for me! Not to mention it all tastes absolutely phenomenal, is affordable, and the staff is so personable, professional, and incredibly kind! If I could give them more stars I would!...

Dont be fooled by the shopping center or the simple yogurt sign. I consider this spot a hidden gem. There were several yogurt options and too many topping options. They even have hot fudge! They have waffle cones as well. There is plenty of indoor seating and a baby highchair. The are two surfboard tables which makes it fun. It was spotless, organized, and welcoming. There is free wifi.
